Went there the other day after hearing great things. Car has been pulsating at a certain speed for a while. Took it somewhere 3 times, never did find it. You guys took the time to really test drive the car. Found the problem and car drives great. I will be coming back. JD I believe is his name is really a good representative for your company. Took the time to explain everything. I was really impress how the shop was run. Glad I decided to come there.

Hate to say I will not return. Was charged almost $300 to have headlights installed that I purchased online. Hourly rate wasn't told to me estimate wasn't given to me not the way to run a business that you say how honest you are???

Short Story: Fantastic experience, I will be using them for the foreseeable future. Longer Story: Two weeks ago I brought my car into a Ford Service center telling them that I hear a noise coming from the front right tire and am wondering if they could take a look. They did and told me that everything was fine other than my battery which was low and they recommended I fix. So I got the battery. The noise continued and so I brought it to Walts. They took one look at it and found told me I had a bunch of issues with my sway bar which was causing all of the noise. Then after a day or two in the shop and a complementary shuttle ride to work, loaner car, and car wash for my car. I was good to go. Good People Fair prices, great service.

I have to say everyone here was awesome! They are knowledgeable, friendly and really have a good vibe! They explained what was done. I would really recommend them to friends.

I am always very satisfied with my experience at Walt Eger's. They always take the time to answer my questions. I have tried different repair shops but I keep coming back to Walt's because I don't trust anyone else more.
