I always have a great experience with Walt Eger’s. They are thorough and transparent with findings and are honest in recommendations as to what fixes and tune ups need to be done now or can be put off for later. Very pleasant team of people to deal with.

I highly recommend Walter Eger--very professional, responsive, and trustworthy. Took my Jeep in for a brake change, and they went above and beyond due to an over torqued wheel lug from a previous service center. And on top of all that, the free shuttle drop off to work while the job was done. I know where I will be getting future car service done!

My Murano needed a lot of the routine maintenance work done and the staff were friendly and got it done. They provided a link online with detailed notes on the services that needed to be done and what they recommended, I was able to authorize the work I wanted done, and they took care of it fairly quickly. Came in for an oil change and to see what other things may need attention on my vehicle. I received a comprehensive report that listed out the health of my vehicle. And was able to see what was recommended to address immediately and what to address in a future appointment. I was in and out within an hour and had an oil change, wipers replaced, and a new battery put in.

I’ve had several opportunities to use Walt Eger’s service center. Their professionalism and personal attention from checkin to checkout is outstanding. Old school approach to quality customer service. I love it. Honest, fair assessment of services required is their business model. It’s written on their policy poster in the service entrance. I've taken my cars to Walt Eger's a few times. My best experience was when I dropped off a car for a state inspection and the OWNER DROVE ME HOME! It was early and no one else was around, so he grabbed a set of car keys and off we went. It wasn't until we were in the car that I found out he owns the shop. Right then I knew I wanted to support this place more. When I wanted an alignment done, I decided to try Walt Eger's again. Most places charge between 100-150 and provide a print out showing how it was when they started vs what they did. With a discount, it was over $250! And no print out showing that they had done anything. Based on this experience and a few others, it seems like they're a great option for state inspections and easy, quick repairs. Anything more involved and you'll wish you went with someone else, especially when they charge an arm and a leg but don't have a detailed breakdown of how long things took and how much the parts were. In a few cases I've just been given a huge bill with no idea how they came up with those numbers. A little more transparency would go a long way with customers in my opinion.

Walt Eger's Service is the best anywhere. After 50 years of often disappointing service at local dealerships, Walt Eger's does it right. Fair prices, detailed service follow-up to be sure I'm satisfied.

Once again I had impeccable service from Walt Eger's Service Center. I've been taking my vehicles to Walt Eger's for years and have never left disappointed. You are met with friendly faces that genuinely care about giving you great service. And that's ExACTLY what you get! What I really like is that they go over your vehicle, then send you a message with their findings of what "should" be fixed and then items they recommend be fixed. What's really great is at no time do they try to push anything on you. They fix your vehicle in a timely fashion and at very reasonable prices. I live in Glen Burnie but have no problem traveling to Odenton for Walt Eger's to fix my vehicles. So worth it. I've been a longtime customer and will continue to be for the lifetime of my Malibu.
