I had an exhaust leak on my custom exhaust. They were honest with me through the entire process. At the end of the day, they could not resolve my exhaust issue (due to it being custom, more my fault than anything). They went out of their way and referred me to some shops that could solve the issue. They even replaced some parts for free an d only charged for labor. Would reccomend.

Great service, Great people and a great location

5 Stars may not be enough. I have delt with many Car Service Centers, but this was the best experience I have ever had. Great location, friendly staff, felt very comfortable, they answered all my questions in depth. I received an email with pictures of every step they took to look over my car, showing the things that needed attention, those that may need attention down the road. NO pressure, my decision about what I would like to do at this time with the cost of every individual repair. They fixed the items I chose in a very timely manner, again answering any questions in depth. They even made a call to my insurance company to see if anything was covered, I got a great surprise there! I will be going back to get the other issues taken care of soon. I have never had a car repair experience leave me feeling so good!

Was nervous bringing my vehical to a new shop but the prices and residual feelings from previous visit at the dealership were atrocious. Scouted the web for some time after my vehical went down, and came across this gem of a business! Walt Egers Service team not only made the repairs at a reasonable cost, but the team from customer service to technicians were so kind and informative on what services were needed and how to proceed that it made the entire visit (1 day compared to est. 3-5 days at dealership) a dream! Car got towed to the shop the night before, received a confirmation call the morning of and line of communication stayed open if I have questions or concerns. They made it easy to see what all needed repairs and what can be expected soon. Again, reasonable pricing for my repairs and A+ service team. Definitely bringing her back in when next services are due!

Well satisfied with the work done on my car. Wouldn’t even think of taking it somewhere else to be fixed. They are very trustworthy!!!
