First time experience at Eger's. I bought a used certified 2023 F150 truck in VA and needed a Md inspection for tags and title. Eger's was able to promise next day service. The truck passed w/o any issues, not even wiperblades, etc. Service was prompt, friendly, honest and with complication. Price was appropriate. I will be back.

The customer service, ease of drop off/pick up, pricing, and actual service could not be better. We will only be getting our vehicles serviced here from now on.

great work by Joseph, Dave, and the team. had a/c compressor and rear shocks replaced, they worked hard to get my warranty to pay $2600 out of $3100 total.

Once again Walt Eger's service center comes through with great customer care and quality service. Brought my 2007 Toyota Solara in for some AC service and with their courtesy multi point inspection they notified me of some other issues. I was able to review the report and determine which issues needed attention right away and which could wait most likely saving me from a break down on the road. Thanks again to the whole crew at Walt Egers.

I got a state safety inspection, they took care of it quickly and professionally. Was able to book the appointment online and they offered courtesy WiFi while I waited.

James and the team have all done such a phenomenal job with my Rogue! They have a strong online communication system and James takes the time to explain things to me in a way I can understand. Highly recommend! They did not disappoint, worked through the diagnosis to get to the root cause and did not overcharge. The customer service from James and Joe are unmatched, they should be proud to have you guys on the team. I have some other vehicles I will bring back fr regular maintenance and any future services. Just earned a permanent customer. The loaner was a convenient option as well.

I can’t say enough good things about Walt Eger’s Service Center! They saved me a lot of money compared to the dealership I had been using. Not only were their prices much more reasonable, but they were also completely honest about what my car actually needed. The dealership told me there were several things wrong with my car, but Walt Eger’s Service Center thoroughly inspected it and found that many of those repairs weren’t needed at all. Their honesty and integrity gave me so much peace of mind. I’m incredibly grateful for their excellent service, fair pricing, and trustworthy staff. It’s refreshing to find a repair shop that truly puts its customers first. I’m so glad I came here, and I’ll definitely be returning for future service. Great people, outstanding customer service, and highly recommended!

Seriously the best experience I’ve ever had at an auto shop. Coming from Delaware, I had no idea how Maryland inspections worked, and Sam and the two guys up front made the whole process so easy. They explained everything, were super nice, and really tried to save me money instead of adding on a bunch of unnecessary stuff. You can tell they actually care about their customers, which is so hard to find. I’ll definitely be coming back for anything my car needs from now on. So glad I found this place!

My experience has always been great going there. I first went to have my transmission replaced and they really worked for me and kept a consistent line of communication throughout the entire process. Also, them giving you an option to get a loaner car makes everything smoother. I have not been to them since getting my transmission replaced but with the economy today the prices they offer to do work to your car is better than most.

My husband took our Hyundai Elantra to Walt Eger's for routine service. Unfortunately, the payment system was malfunctioning that day and we were charged twice for the service. We didn't notice the duplicate transaction until a few days later. When we brought it to the attention of the staff, the owner, Bruce, immediately called to apologize and make it right. He personally delivered the check to our home and left of us two Yetis as a gift. As a customer who often feels like just a number on a spreadsheet to big corporations, it is truly refreshing to work with a business that still believes in the human touch. I am so delighted with this experience that I will take my Kia to Walt Eger's for my next service appointment instead of my dealership. Thank you!

Good service at a fair price. Better pricing than some other shops in the area

As a Floridian, this has to be one of the best vehicle service centers I have been to. In case anyone out of state is looking for vehicle maintenance in the area. James keeps the ground moving and is detailed with customer service, Joseph handles customer calls with efficiency, Sam researches parts for even the rarest model of vehicles. (You may pay extra but is worth it) The technicians with one of them being named "Oto?" are efficient with repair times along with other unnamed individuals and provide pictures with repair and maintenance concerns. Loaner cars are provided as a courtesy with appointments coordinated in advance. No loaner car? No problem, free shuttle service to a rental car facility if you need it and can be coordinated in advance to meet you at a rental car facility once you return a rental. (Shuttle driver recommended, ask for Demetry, he is young but can hold a conversation.) If for some reason you had a bad experience here, you did not come in contact with these people. This review is important because most Maryland residents leave very unfair reviews for most businesses. "May travel be abundant and your stress minimized."🤠

I broke down 4 hours away from my house, not only did they take in my car and fix it, they communicated with me every day and allowed my car to sit in their lot until I was able to come pick it up. Phenomenal service!

Walt Egers Service Center is the best Automotive Center in the area. They can take care of 99% of any car care need. Bruce, the owner is so accommodating and Rob and the rest of the team gets the job done and done well.

Customer service is top-notch everyone greets you with a welcoming smile. Also they give you a courtesy ride home while your car is being worked on haven’t seen this in years. Somebody will call you back and let you know what’s going on with your car and how long it will take to have your car repaired I’m excited that I found this place.

Received outstanding service for Maryland Vehicle Inspection. Dropped off vehicle the day before appointment for next day appointment. Service completed that same day. Staff courteous and responsive. This will be my go to place for all my vehicle maintenance.

I was looking for an auto shop close to home for all my auto needs and concerns. Since coming to Walt’s I am never disappointed in the customer service and staff and how they go above and beyond to check my car and make me aware of all the issues that need to be addressed in order of ASAP to next oil change. I don't usually do reviews. But this place made a good impression on me. I've gone to other places to get cars fix but this place was not only professional with a document placing high standards for trying to be honest with not just the staff but the customer as well. Staff friendly and professional. Joseph at the front desk helped us out. Was a cool dude. On top of the staff being professional they offered rentals or shuttling no extra cost. ( Hope that doesn't change Definitely was useful situation was in) All have to say is what dealership or car repair shop offers that alone. Prices where understandable and they give you a break down of everything wrong with the car WITH pictures. I'll definitely comeback again...

I recently had my second experience with Walt Eger's Service Center and since I had an excellent experience with them prior, I decided to go back. I was not disappointed. Once the diagnosis and estimate were completed, and I gave my approval (catalytic converter and O2 sensors replacement), the work was completed in a very short timeframe. To date I have had no further issues with my vehicle, but if I do I will be going to Walt Eger's Service Center.

I recommend coming here for ŕepairs and state inspections. I scheduled an appointment for a Maryland state inspection and I was given a ride home in their courtesy shuttle. The inspection only took 1 1/2 hours and was only $85. Many places quoted $100 and up. They have repaired my Audi in the past and were honest about the cost and options. They are very friendly and courteous and make the visit as painless as possible!

I am very impressed with this shop. Dropped my vehicle off at close of business and the very next day my vehicle was repaired and ready to go before COB. For reference, I had both front wheel bearings replaced, all brake pads and rotors replaced, both rear struts replaced, spark plugs replaced, differential/transfer case flushed and serviced, and radiator flush/leak fixed. Front office was friendly and helpful. Price seemed steep but I am not from the area and don’t know the average cost of repairs around here. Only thing I can compare it to would be small town midwest prices which wouldn’t be fair considering cost of living differences. Overall, I feel it was worth the price and will be a returning customer if I need repairs on my truck in the near future.
