I recently had my second experience with Walt Eger's Service Center and since I had an excellent experience with them prior, I decided to go back. I was not disappointed. Once the diagnosis and estimate were completed, and I gave my approval (catalytic converter and O2 sensors replacement), the work was completed in a very short timeframe. To date I have had no further issues with my vehicle, but if I do I will be going to Walt Eger's Service Center.

I recommend coming here for ŕepairs and state inspections. I scheduled an appointment for a Maryland state inspection and I was given a ride home in their courtesy shuttle. The inspection only took 1 1/2 hours and was only $85. Many places quoted $100 and up. They have repaired my Audi in the past and were honest about the cost and options. They are very friendly and courteous and make the visit as painless as possible!

I am very impressed with this shop. Dropped my vehicle off at close of business and the very next day my vehicle was repaired and ready to go before COB. For reference, I had both front wheel bearings replaced, all brake pads and rotors replaced, both rear struts replaced, spark plugs replaced, differential/transfer case flushed and serviced, and radiator flush/leak fixed. Front office was friendly and helpful. Price seemed steep but I am not from the area and don’t know the average cost of repairs around here. Only thing I can compare it to would be small town midwest prices which wouldn’t be fair considering cost of living differences. Overall, I feel it was worth the price and will be a returning customer if I need repairs on my truck in the near future.

My husband and I have taken several of our cars there for years they always do excellent work, very reliable, professional I always trust Walt Eger will fix it.

Walt's never disappoints. Honest. Thorough. Been coming for 28 yrs. Prices may seem a bit high, till you check around and ask a bit. They've never left a hold down clattering in the trunk, keep us on top of light bulbs etc, understand adjusting needs to budget has priorities.

I called about my coolant leaking from my vehicle and their team was able to service my vehicle, clearly explain what was going on, provide me a shuttle service, and they were extremely patient with explaining everything. That entire team is amazing and professional! Thank you all for the updates about my car and I will be returning soon for additional services. The front office is the best without a doubt!

The whole team at Walt Eger's has been so nice to work with! I took my wife's car in and it had a bunch of things that needed to be done and the Walt Eger's crew gave me a full detailed report of everything and even told me what they recommended to be done now and what could wait which was so helpful. They didn't pressure me into anything and didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need. I used to work on my own cars a lot (back when I had more free time..) so I understand what needs to be done and what doesn't and they were spot on in my opinion. Im taking all my cars to Walt Eger's from now on!
