Ive had three vehicles in for an assortment of major and minor repairs and maintenance. My daily driver is a 2018 ford f150. Always happy with the extensive inspections and detailed observations. Been going here since I moved to severn in 2001. I can always trust that my car gets fo l fixed right the first time! I love that they have a courtesy van to take me home and then pick me back up I hope I never have to use them for something other than routine maintenence but I am glad to know they are there if I need.

Recently had my vehicle in for an unable to start issue. They took the vehicle in and diagnosed it pretty quickly and called with a quote to make the repairs which meant replacing the fuel pump to which I agreed. They started the repair and discovered that something had been chewing on the wires to the fuel pump and that replacing the fuel pump would not be necessary. The labor and repair wound up being about $1100.00 less than quoted originally. The honesty in that is impressive to me, this was the first time I have used this garage and if the need arises I will gladly take my business back to them.

I reported to them my high temp light came on and to check it while the vehicle was there getting a break job (over $1200.00) pads and rotors just on the front. They plugged their code machine in and said the temp sensor was bad and wanted $500.00 to replace it. " it is rusty and might be hard to get out". I declined to replace it thinking I can live with the light and ding ding. Little did I know that they never checked the coolant in the system. (There wasn't any fluid in it) To make a long story short the vehicle is no longer running. Am I wrong for putting some blame on them?

Just bought a 2001 cavalier in Wisconsin and it has a Walt Egers Service Center sticker under the hood. Don't know when this car was at the shop but it's in Wisconsin and still going. Just wanted to let everyone know your work has made it to Wisconsin.
