I came here 2 years ago, had the best experience.everyone was so polite! this year I came back I had gave them some time so I call them 3 days later to see if I am cover by my warranty to get my car fixed and I didn't catch her name but ask for updates with my car she got really smart and said " what do you want that was very rude! James is at the front desk never called or gave me any updates, my car was there for weeks, He saying that my warranty should have called me but my car IS AT YALL SHOP, y'all have the details but James act like he don't know how to comprehend things and really don't know how to talk to customers he is very rude ! I couldn't get it fix so I wanted it back to my house, So I TOLD THEM A DAY BEFORE that the tow truck is coming in the morning, I called James and I told him is my car ready and clear for the tow truck to get it and he said YES! So they waste the tow truck money and time because they throw Snow and and it freeze into ice on my car and around it and I had to call another one and I gave them some time told them to call me when I they are done so I can get another tow truck! So I called back James was like we been clear the ice off your car and I told him why u didn't say anything, THEN HE JUST START LAUGHING AND TRY TO RUSH ME TO GET ANOTHER TOW TRUCK BEFORE THEY CLOSE THEN THEY THOUGHT I WOULD NOT KNOW BUT IT IS A BIG DENT IN THE BACK OF MY CAR THAT THEY DAMAGE! OVERALL BAD EXPERIENCES, JAMES JUST KEEP LAUGHING MAKING ME UNCOMFORTABLE AND I TALK TO THE MANGER ROB AND HE JUST LAUGHING AND PLAYING AROUND JUST A BUNCH OF UNPROFESSIONAL CHILDISH PEOPLE DIDN'T GET APOLOGY OR ANYTHING! That's bad for business just learn how to be nice and professional everything should not be a joke!
Good morning Maria - Bruce Spencer, Owner here. We are sorry your experience was not satisfactory. With the snow/ice storm, your car did get plowed in and we weren't able to get it on the first tow truck. While clearing the ice/snow off and digging your car out, we damaged the trunk and will pay for it once the work is completed at the other shop. Regarding the delay, the warranty company was not willing to pay for your engine and it took us days to get a response while trying to work with them. Per our text chain yesterday, I was expecting a call to discuss this with you. I am still available. You have my cell and again, we will work with you to fix the trunk damage. Thank you.
