Once again Walt Eger's service center comes through with great customer care and quality service. Brought my 2007 Toyota Solara in for some AC service and with their courtesy multi point inspection they notified me of some other issues. I was able to review the report and determine which issues needed attention right away and which could wait most likely saving me from a break down on the road. Thanks again to the whole crew at Walt Egers.

I got a state safety inspection, they took care of it quickly and professionally. Was able to book the appointment online and they offered courtesy WiFi while I waited.

James and the team have all done such a phenomenal job with my Rogue! They have a strong online communication system and James takes the time to explain things to me in a way I can understand. I will only be bringing my car here—they can do it all and give exceptional customer service along the way!

Highly recommend! They did not disappoint, worked through the diagnosis to get to the root cause and did not overcharge. The customer service from James and Joe are unmatched, they should be proud to have you guys on the team. I have some other vehicles I will bring back fr regular maintenance and any future services. Just earned a permanent customer. The loaner was a convenient option as well.

I failed the MD emissions test with 4 codes, took it to Walt Eger to fix the codes so I could pass. They only fixed 2 of the 4 codes but told me that I would pass emissions, when I didnt and I took it back they gave me a free diagnosis but I still had to pay over $400 for the repair to try and pass emissions again. Now I have my car back and it is having trouble starting, which was not listed anywhere in the two diagnoses I've gotten from them in one week.

Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry your experience didn't meet your expectations. When your vehicle first came in, it had four diagnostic codes related to two separate issues. The initial repairs addressed the codes that met Maryland's emissions repair dollar threshold, which would have qualified the vehicle under that requirement. The remaining two codes required additional diagnosis because components needed to be removed for further inspection, which was beyond the scope of the original repair. We're also sorry to hear about the starting issue. We stand behind our work and would be happy to inspect the no-start concern as a courtesy to determine if it is related.
