Owner
Bruce took over ownership of Walt Eger's Service Center after Mr. Walt Eger retired. With over 25 years of experience in business, Bruce is committed to upholding the great legacy of Walt by making sure that Walt Egers Service Center remains the BEST auto service center in the area. He is the head of the team here at Walt's and sets a great example for all of us to follow by demonstrating our core values and commitment to the community both inside and outside of the shop. Bruce is a loving family man, married to Donna Spencer, and together they have three sons. When he is not at the shop, he is cheering his sons on from the sidelines as they pursue their athletic dreams.
Rob Sisney
COO
As COO, Rob personifies our company's values and possesses the skills and experience to ensure our smooth operation. With over 20 years of experience in the auto repair industry and having worked in every position, Rob is dedicated to enhancing the customer and staff experience here at Walt Eger Service Center. He runs the shop like a well-oiled machine, exhibiting an independent self-starting attitude that makes him a great leader and provides our staff with a solid foundation to rely on. Rob's strong work ethic and pleasant personality are evident as he buzzes around the shop, supporting our technicians and customers at every opportunity. He consistently strives to learn and grow to provide excellent care and consideration for our customers and staff. During his spare time, you can find Rob hitting the gym, watching anime, or searching for delicious meals. His retirement plan is to travel the world with his wife and beautiful family, trying all the best foods.

Mark Ferron
Service Advisor
Mark re-joined us in October 2019. He has 15+ years of automotive experience. He lives in Dundalk and loves bowling, his Ravens and spending time with family and friends.
Sam Hagan
Customer Experience Rep & Service Advisor
Sam is a great addition to Walt Eger's team. She helps us bridge the gap between our customers and the mechanic team, ensuring everyone has an amazing experience at Walt's. While working here Sam has expanded her car knowledge and shares what she has learned in terms our customers can understand. Her radiant personality shines through the shop as she helps guide our customers through every step of the auto repair process. Sam is a full-time mom and part-time daredevil who enjoys supporting her kids sports teams, watching her sons BMX races, and going on the occasional skydiving adventure.

Tom Larsen
Expert Mechanic & Maryland State Inspector
Tom is a mechanic who focuses on doing his job well and getting it right the first time. With more than 30 years of Auto Repair experience and 20 years as Maryland State Vehicle Inspector, Tom is one of our most knowledgeable Technicians. He enjoys the complex jobs that come into the shop and is very meticulous in his work flow. Tom always strives to take care of our customers by providing excellent repair service and comprehensive inspection skills. His favorite vehicles to work on are pick-up trucks, Buick sedans, and SUVs. He is a family man with great values and work ethic. He continues to impart those qualities to our community outside of Walt Eger Service Center by coaching youth sports and mentoring young men in our area.
Dave Kelly
Expert Mechanic & Maryland State Inspector
Dave is a highly skilled mechanic and our resident diesel specialist. He has over 15 years of experience in providing expert-level auto repairs to our community and has been a long-time employee. Dave enjoys working on all types of vehicle makes and models, and his motto is "Does it have wheels? Then I can fix it!" Although he is a versatile mechanic, he usually specializes in working with light trucks, sprinter vans, and fleets. Dave is married and has two young children whom he spends much of his leisure time with. He is also an outdoorsman who loves to hunt, fish, and garden. We always appreciate the fresh produce he brings in and the exceptional work he does for our customers!
Otto Luedtke

Otto LOVES working on cars, trucks, motorcycles…you name it…he can fix it. He is a top notch technician, a great team player and values his career in our industry.
He loves playing with his own cars and shooting pool in leagues during his downtime.
Mike Carrigan
Expert Mechanic & Maryland State Inspector
Mike is an accomplished technician and carries his Maryland Safety Inspector’s license. He has 15+ years in the industry and specializes in Range Rovers and Fords.
On weekends, Mike loves playing with computers, fishing and just like David…thinks he’s a GAMER!
Jacinto Abril-Caballero

Jacinto is a gifted technician, coming to us from a European dealership background with ten plus years of experience.
He is a family man with three children. His bucket list item was to propose on a mountaintop in Colorado…and he pulled it off!
"Junior" stays active playing soccer and snowboarding in the winter. He also loves to draw and paint…the guy does it all and we are happy to have him on our team!
