Bruce proudly stepped into ownership of Walt Eger's Service Center after Mr. Walt Eger retired, carrying forward the trusted name and unmatched reputation that Walt built in the community. With over 25 years of experience in business leadership, Bruce is deeply committed to maintaining Walt Eger's as the go-to auto repair shop in the area. Under his leadership, our team continues to deliver the highest-quality auto services, from routine vehicle maintenance to complex repairs, while staying true to our core values of honesty, integrity, and excellence. As the head of our shop, Bruce sets the tone for success, leading by example both inside and outside the garage. He’s passionate about supporting the community we serve and ensuring every driver who walks through our doors leaves with a safe, reliable vehicle and a great experience. Whether you're here for brake repairs, diagnostics, or fleet maintenance, Bruce’s commitment to outstanding service is at the heart of everything we do.

Outside of the shop, Bruce is a devoted family man. He and his wife, Donna Spencer, are proud parents to three sons. You’ll often find Bruce cheering them on from the sidelines as they chase their basketball dreams, living out his role as their biggest fan.

Rob Sisney

COO

As COO, Rob embodies the core values of Walt Eger’s Service Center, ensuring that everything runs smoothly while fostering a positive experience for both our customers and staff. With over 20 years of experience in the auto repair industry, Rob has worked in every position—from turning wrenches as a technician to leading the charge in operations. This wealth of hands-on knowledge has shaped him into a dynamic leader who understands every aspect of the business. Rob approaches each day with a self-starting attitude and an unshakeable work ethic, keeping the shop running like a well-oiled machine. Whether he’s assisting technicians in the bays, chatting with customers to ensure their needs are met, or implementing new processes to improve efficiency, Rob is the glue that holds it all together. His dedication to learning, growing, and supporting the team is unmatched, and his approachable personality makes him a go-to resource for everyone in the shop.

When Rob isn’t busy keeping the wheels turning at Walt Eger’s, you’ll likely find him hitting the gym, indulging in his favorite anime shows, or on the hunt for a great meal. With dreams of traveling the world in retirement alongside his wife and family, Rob is passionate about experiencing life to the fullest—especially when good food is involved!

Donesha Cox

Marketing Coordinator

Donesha is  an amazing part of the Walt Eger’s Service Center team! She’s the creative mind behind our marketing and community engagement, always working hard to keep our customers informed and connected. Whether it’s sharing helpful auto repair tips or keeping everyone updated on services like routine maintenance, brake repairs, and more, Donesha makes sure our online presence reflects the same level of care and reliability we deliver in the shop. She works hand-in-hand with our talented mechanics and service advisors to provide resources that help our customers feel confident about keeping their vehicles in great shape.

When she’s not busy here, Donesha loves spending time with her two little ones. They have a blast building Lego sets, watching movies, and going on fun adventures together. In her own downtime, she enjoys reading, watching anime, and staying active at the gym. Her love for connecting with people and helping others shines through in everything she does. 

John Seaman

Service Advisor

John is one of our standout Service Advisors, bringing over 20 years of experience in delivering exceptional guidance and top-notch customer service to drivers in our community. His expertise, combined with a genuine passion for helping others, makes him an invaluable part of the Walt Eger’s team. John truly embodies our core value of empathy, taking the time to prioritize urgent repairs and working closely with customers to find solutions that fit their budgets. What makes John’s role even more enjoyable? His dynamic partnership with Sam! Together, they’re known for providing not only great service but also plenty of laughs to brighten everyone’s day.

When he’s not helping customers, John is a proud dad to three daughters and has a bustling home life with his kids, dog, and three cats (talk about a full house!). In his free time, you’ll find him diving into sci-fi novels, catching up on some much-deserved rest, or cheering on his favorite sports teams. Oh, and his favorite color? Purple—just like Gary’s!

Gary Dubeck

Service Advisor

Gary is an exceptional Service Advisor with an incredible 38 years of experience in the automotive industry. Since joining the team at Walt Eger’s Service Center, Gary has brought a unique blend of expertise, helpfulness, and a touch of humor to the front desk. He thrives in the collaborative environment of the shop, working closely with our technicians to ensure every customer’s vehicle gets the attention it deserves. One of Gary’s greatest strengths is acting as a bridge between customers and their warranty or insurance companies. He’s a true advocate, making the process smoother and always keeping the customer’s best interests in mind. Building strong relationships with customers is something Gary takes pride in—especially when those relationships involve a few shared snacks with the team!

Outside of work, Gary enjoys spending time with his family, including his five children and four grandchildren. Whether he’s earning his “Grandpa of the Year” title, whipping up something delicious in the kitchen, or hanging out with his pets, Gary knows how to make the most of his time.

Sam Hagner

Customer Experience Rep & Service Advisor

Meet Sam, one of the shining stars at Walt Eger's Service Center! 🌟 She's the friendly face that bridges the gap between our customers and mechanics, ensuring every visit to Walt's is smooth, stress-free, and downright enjoyable. Whether you’re here for routine vehicle maintenance, major auto repairs, or troubleshooting mysterious dashboard lights, Sam is here to help guide you every step of the way. Since joining the team, she’s dived headfirst into the world of auto repair, expanding her knowledge of everything from oil changes and brake repairs to advanced diagnostics and transmission work. She translates all the technical details into easy-to-understand insights for our customers, empowering you to make informed decisions about your car. Sam’s vibrant energy and genuine care light up the shop as she works to ensure every vehicle is serviced with precision, and that every customer leaves with peace of mind. She loves connecting with drivers, whether they’re coming in for fleet maintenance, a quick tune-up, or a detailed inspection, and always goes above and beyond to make the experience a positive one.

But Sam’s talents don’t stop at the shop! When she’s not helping our customers, she’s a full-time supermom and part-time thrill-seeker. From cheering on her kids at sports games to watching her son crush it at BMX races—and even skydiving for a bit of adrenaline—Sam truly does it all.

Dave Kelly

Expert Mechanic & Maryland State Inspector

Dave is a highly skilled mechanic and our trusted diesel specialist with over 15 years of experience in the auto repair industry. A valued member of our team, Dave has built a reputation for delivering expert-level repairs for a wide variety of vehicles. His personal motto, “Does it have wheels? Then I can fix it!” perfectly sums up his versatile approach to repairs. Whether he’s working on light trucks, Sprinter vans, or fleet vehicles, Dave’s expertise ensures every job is done right.

Outside of the shop, Dave is a dedicated family man who loves spending time with his wife and their two young children. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and tending to his impressive garden. (We’re big fans of the fresh produce he shares with us!) Dave’s commitment to quality work and his passion for helping our customers keep their vehicles in top condition make him an irreplaceable part of our team.

Otto Luedtke

Mike is an accomplished automotive technician with over 15 years of experience in the industry. As a certified Maryland Safety Inspector, he’s passionate about ensuring vehicles meet the highest safety standards. While he’s skilled across all makes and models, Mike specializes in working on Range Rovers and Fords, tackling everything from routine maintenance to complex repairs with expertise and care. Mike’s dedication to the auto repair industry is matched only by his commitment to delivering top-notch service to every customer. With his wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience, he’s an integral part of the Walt Eger’s Service Center team.

When he’s not in the shop, Mike enjoys spending his weekends indulging in his hobbies. Whether he’s tinkering with computers, heading out on a fishing trip, or jumping into the world of gaming (where he might claim he’s the best!), Mike knows how to balance work and play. His passion for cars and his unique personality make him a valued member of our team! 

Jacinto Abril-Caballero

Jacinto, also known as "Junior," is a highly skilled technician with over a decade of experience, including an extensive background working at European dealerships. As a certified Maryland State Inspector, he specializes in European vehicle makes like BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and Volkswagen, bringing a wealth of expertise and precision to every repair and maintenance service. Whether it’s diagnosing complex electrical systems or performing routine maintenance, Jacinto ensures every vehicle meets the highest standards of safety and performance.

Beyond his impressive technical abilities, Jacinto is a dedicated family man and proud father of three. He’s always been one to go above and beyond—whether it’s in his career or personal life. A highlight on his bucket list? Proposing on a mountaintop in Colorado, a dream he not only chased but made a reality! When he’s not at the shop, Jacinto keeps life exciting by staying active. He’s passionate about playing soccer, hitting the slopes for snowboarding in the winter, and expressing his creativity through drawing and painting. With his deep knowledge of European vehicles and commitment to excellent service, Jacinto is an invaluable member of the Walt Eger’s Service Center team.
