I have always received great service at Walt's but Randy went above and beyond for me and my family. My son's car broke down while I was out of town and I could not be reached. Randy arranged for the tow, checked the car out to find the problem and called me to tell me what was wrong. All of this before I knew there was a problem. They had the car fixed before I got home. Great Job!
