Thank you to Larry, Ray, and Bruce for the recent service on my 2002 Ford Explorer. Not only was the service completed with the usual efficiency and thoroughness that Walt ensured while he owned the business, but when a subsequent issue arose as I was picking up the car, the matter was quickly handled, and the Explorer was delivered to my doorstep. I've come to expect great service from Walt Eger's in the past and it is very reassuring to know it will continue under Bruce Spencer's tenure. I will continue to bring my cars to Walt Eger's, and will continue to recommend my friends bring theirs as well. Thank you Walt Eger's!

I agree with one of the previous posts. They seem to do alright work, but the attitude from the guy at the sales counter was unbelievable. Like he couldn't care less about my service or me. Sorry, but there are lots of other places to go that treat you right. I haven't been back since.

Absolutely unparalleled -- excellent repair work and customer service, and so completely honest and non-greedy, I'd trust these folks with my bank account (even if there was something in it!). I've been going to Walt for over 20 years, and I'll be a customer for life. I especially like that they'll tell you -- honestly -- how critical a problem is, how long you could go safely without getting the recommended repair, what signs to look for that will indicate that the problem has reached a critical stage, etc. Price estimates are on-target (and fair) and the work is done quickly and when they say it will be done. Every employee is friendly and knowledgeable and will take as much (or as little) time with you as you need. What a great find!

Incredibly professional and friendly, honest and helpful. They were prepared, fixed my car quickly and caught a serious problem (wiring problem causing brake lights to not work) with my car with their complementary 30 point inspection and fixed it for a very reasonable price. Thank you to Mike and Larry for taking good care of my car and thank you to the owner, Bruce for being so courteous and providing free shuttle service to your clients. You guys are the best!
