Mark got me right in first thing. Tire service was completed with a plug while I waited and was back on the road without missing a beat of morning routine. Brian, Matt, Red and Walt and all the technicians make taking my cars to Walt's the best experience I have ever had at a car service center. Everyone is professional, helpful and experienced. They care about you as a customer as well as a person and no matter what issue I bring them, it is resolved in a timely, efficient manner and at a price matched by none. They work with you, providing you rides home and pick ups and always with a smile and friendly attitude. I only take my cars to Walt's and highly recommend them to all.

We have been using Walt Eger Service Center for about a year and have had wonderful service. We have needed several MAJOR repairs on three 10-17 year old vehicles. We have been very pleased with the quality of the service and the cost - which has been hundreds of dollars below other estimates. Most recently, my daughter's van was in an accident -striking a pole. She was only carrying liability insurance. We got quotes from a collision center that were in the $5500 range We explained we would either need to repair the engine or buy her another vehicle. My husband did some of the repairs (radiator, compressor, hoses) but the engine had been shifted during the accident and sub-frame needed to be replaced. Walt Eger saved us HALF THE COST of the repair, they worked within our budget and completely exceeded our expectations on service and cost. We are so grateful we have found this service center. My husband and I have been a customer of Walt Eger's for years with my husband having known Walt when he was a mechanic at a gas station, before he got his own business. The staff are friendly, they have assisted me by shuttling me or giving me a loaner while my car is being worked on. The waiting room is clean. They are honest mechanics that will not fix one thing and screw up another. They have plaques on the walls that they assist in teaching the vo-tech students, the mechanics of tomorrow.

They have always treated me with respect. They fix the problem and if it is not completely fixed they keep working on it until they do fix it. They let me know up front what things will cost. They are reliable. I have been a customer for almost 12 years.

I've been going to Walt Eger's for all my car issues for the last 3 years. They've always keep me up to date on what's going on with my car and the price I'm paying. They always completely fix the problem. I had instance where about a year after getting a certain part replaced on my car the new part had a problem. I took it in because of another issue with my car and they noticed this other part, brought it to my attention, and replaced it free of charge. Great Service, I highly recommend it.
