They used my wheel lock, lost it and I knew it because the guy at the front desk (Mike) claimed there was only two wheel locks on my car. So I said okay, so why would there only be two? And they said well we have a special tool we use to get wheel locks off.. So I said okay if that's the case then could you put on 4 lug nuts to replace the wheel locks? And they said we have two customers ahead of you. Mind you these are mechanical issues.. all I need is 4 lug nuts. Telling me I would have to wait til much later. Like yeah.. that's real good customer service.

I was buying a vehicle from a private owner and needed an inspection. I found Walt Eger’s and called. From the first phone call to the drop off to the shuttle to the pick up ( service performed by the owner Bruce) and check out - this is a very well run business.
