They used my wheel lock, lost it and I knew it because the guy at the front desk (Mike) claimed there was only two wheel locks on my car. So I said okay, so why would there only be two? And they said well we have a special tool we use to get wheel locks off.. So I said okay if that's the case then could you put on 4 lug nuts to replace the wheel locks? And they said we have two customers ahead of you. Mind you these are mechanical issues.. all I need is 4 lug nuts. Telling me I would have to wait til much later. Like yeah.. that's real good customer service.
Mr. Matthew - Mike had your car confused with another Honda. In your case, we had to use our own "master tool" to get the wheel locks off. Our tech remembers it well and did not want to dig through your vehicle to find your tool. We did have two customers in front of you and asked you to come back in the afternoon and we would accommodate your request. It would not be fair to bump two waiting customers out for your vehicle.
