Sam at the counter was polite and very helpful. Otto got the noise on my truck figured out in less than an hour, overall great facility

As I said to google reviews service at Walt Eger's was first rate. From the moment I placed a call to when I arrived and left the experience was outstanding! My car came out without any damage and the service by Otto was first rate. Special thanks also to Sam for her kindness and Otto for professional know how. Also to the staff and to Bruce Spencer!

My driver's side window failed to rise when I parked at work on 2024/12/26. I left work early to get the window repaired (it was a chilly drive with the window down) and pulled into Walt's to see if they could take care of it that day or if I needed to drop it off. Not only did they fix the window, but their repair restored the window to perfect working order like it was a new car. I'm very appreciative of their speedy work and getting my vehicle back on the road that day. Thank you very much!

I booked an appointment online for service the next day and once again, Walt Eger's and their staff do not disappoint! When I arrived, they took my vehicle in immediately and completed the job in under an hour. I even agreed to wheel balance as part of the tire rotation process, but after inspection, Jonathan told me it wasn't necessary. I always appreciate good professional and honest service, especially when it comes to my car, and there is none better than Walt Eger's Service Center. You can rest assured your vehicle will be cared for with the expectation that you and your car deserve! Thanks Jonathan, Sam and Billy, for another job well done! See you all next year.

Outstanding customer service. Excepted our vehicle the same day, but they were unable to get it done before the end of the day. Picked our vehicle up first thing in the morning. Overall very pleased with the outcome.
