I've been a satisfied customer for nearly 20 years. Bruce is as fair and honest as Walt has always been; you will never be charged for a repair you don't need, or haven't approved in advance, and the work will be done to the highest professional standards. Don't be afraid to ask questions, or, if you get a punch list of things that need to be done, be afraid to say, "I can't afford to do all this right now"; if you do, the mechanics will tell you what's most important, what can wait, and what will happen if the urgent things aren't taken care of soon. I have had some really dodgy experiences with other repair shops in this area--but never once at Walt Eger's!

My clutch went out and they went over my vehicle and gave me a very detailed report on everything they saw that needed attention including my clutch. Then, they fixed it so fast, it took me by surprise! Very positive experience.

Walt Eger Service Center in my experience is synonymous with quality automotive service. The service writers Mark and Jason certainly really embrace the ownership's TRICE Ethos. I was open and honest with Jason and Mark on the fact another automotive shop had not been able to resolve the issue I was having with my car, and I wanted to have it brought there for engine problem analysis. Although my car was older, I was happy Walt Eger agreed to address the issue it was having after explaining how it had been maintained. In a couple of days, I received the coolest text message with a link that described the results of the engine and service analysis. It was the most comprehensive analysis of necessary auto services my car needed that had been received remotely or in person I have ever seen. I was blown away. The diagnostic confirmed short comings my old auto mechanic had as well as identified the issue they were not able to resolve. My car is driving like new now. After Jason gave me a tour of the garage, I now have found my new Service Center for my other 4 cars = Walt Eger Service Center. I like the cars I have and am not looking to buy a new car. I just want the cars I have and love to be serviced applying the TRICE ETHOS THANK YOU, BRUCE SPENSER AND ROB SISNEY, FOR ASSEMBLING YOUR TECHNICAL TEAM AND HAVING YOUR TRICE

Mark & Jason are very skillful, helpful and honest! They inspected my son's car from top to bottom as well as emailed all videos and pictures of what they found wrong with the car. Needless to say, this prevented him from putting any more money into the car and perhaps saved his life due to the vehicle being so unsafe to drive. I really would like to thank them and recommend, if you need skillful, honest car repairs go see Mark and Jason...

I have been taking my 2003 Chevy S-10 here for more than 15 years and have been very happy with the care given my truck. They always tell me what needs to be done and never “fixes” anything that doesn’t need it. No surprises. Fast friendly service at reasonable prices.

I just made the switch to Walt Eger's because I wasn't satisfied with the service I was getting from a dealership service center. The dealership services were very expensive and tried to push services that weren't immediately needed. The folks at Walt Eger's were awesome. Very friendly and accommodating. They did a full vehicle assessment and shared the written assessment as well as explaining the recommended services and what was and wasn't really needed at the time. They completed the work quickly and at a price that I thought was very reasonable compared to quotes I had previously gotten from other service centers. I'm very happy to have a place to take my cars to now that I can trust!
