Please don’t take your car here. They did a state inspection on my car and we dropped it off before they even opened was the first person there, they waited till the next day last minute to do the inspection. Didn’t call us, no updates, the staff and management are all saying different things so communication is not in their business. They told us originally the car would only take an hour or two turns out it was a two day thing and they didn’t even call to update us on anything. They will find every single issue wrong with your car to fail it for inspection. As long as they are getting paid they could care less. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

As an inspection station, we must follow the Maryland State Police guidelines when completing them. At times, if the vehicle has many issues, it can be frustrating for sure. Since moving to Maryland, I have only brought my VW to dealers. But when a dealer kept my car 3 weeks to fix a sun roof electronics, I decided to try Walt’s. I’m glad I did. I was treated very properly by the young lady upon entrance, told her what I wanted, and Walt’s delivered for half the cost I paid at the dealer for my maintenance.

Again I just started using Walt Egers with my Ford Fusion. This last repair was major! My water pump and timing kit broke. Although expensive the repair required experts in the field of Auto Mechanics. Walt has them. Under Bruce leadership, Rob and the team worked hard to bring my Fusion, a car my parents gave to me road ready again. Trust is essential and folks can trust Walt's team of mechanics.
