Jonathan and the rest of the crew are at the top of their game. I have been taking my 2015 RAV4 to another local service center since the warranty expired, and the work at the former place has become shoddy, and dangerously so on one occasion (after a tire rotation, only four of the five lug nuts on one of the tires were replaced, and three of those were barely tightened). Jon laid out a plan to get everything repaired and the mechanics did a wonderful job. Did I mention they have loaner cars?

The team members were polite, professional, and friendly. Highly recommended!

I am new to the area and went in for the first time with my 2017 chevy silverado. Had a worn starter that needed to be replaced. My truck is still under warrenty but not for much longer. They went above and beyond and checked all aspects of my truck to see if anything else needed fixing. They found my tire needed patching, the starter, and shocks needed to be replaced. When asked to use cheaper parts, they requested my warrenty pay for quality parts instead. All said and done my warrenty caved and covered everything but some leftover tire and diagnostic charges. The fix took 2 days and they were amazing with communicating throughout the process. It's rare to find honest mechanics that argue for good service rather than a cheap out. I will definitely be using this shop for any future needs!

I always have a great experience with Walt Eger’s. They are thorough and transparent with findings and are honest in recommendations as to what fixes and tune ups need to be done now or can be put off for later. Very pleasant team of people to deal with.

I highly recommend Walter Eger--very professional, responsive, and trustworthy. Took my Jeep in for a brake change, and they went above and beyond due to an over torqued wheel lug from a previous service center. And on top of all that, the free shuttle drop off to work while the job was done. I know where I will be getting future car service done!

My Murano needed a lot of the routine maintenance work done and the staff were friendly and got it done. They provided a link online with detailed notes on the services that needed to be done and what they recommended, I was able to authorize the work I wanted done, and they took care of it fairly quickly. Thanks to the staff.

Came in for an oil change and to see what other things may need attention on my vehicle. I received a comprehensive report that listed out the health of my vehicle. And was able to see what was recommended to address immediately and what to address in a future appointment. I was in and out within an hour and had an oil change, wipers replaced, and a new battery put in.

I’ve had several opportunities to use Walt Eger’s service center. Their professionalism and personal attention from checkin to checkout is outstanding. Old school approach to quality customer service. I love it. Honest, fair assessment of services required is their business model. It’s written on their policy poster in the service entrance. A well run well managed auto service center.
