I booked an appointment online for service the next day and once again, Walt Eger's and their staff do not disappoint! When I arrived, they took my vehicle in immediately and completed the job in under an hour. I even agreed to wheel balance as part of the tire rotation process, but after inspection, Jonathan told me it wasn't necessary. I always appreciate good professional and honest service, especially when it comes to my car, and there is none better than Walt Eger's Service Center. Outstanding customer service. Excepted our vehicle the same day, but they were unable to get it done before the end of the day. Picked our vehicle up first thing in the morning. Overall very pleased with the outcome.

I have been having my vehicles maintained at Walt Egers for over 20 years, and I cannot say enough good things about this business. Its nice having a vehicle mechanic that can be trusted with any issue.

Once again Walt Egers comes through. Took my 2019 Lexus RX350 to the Lexus dealership for its 30,000 mile service upon their inspection they found both front and rear brakes and rotors needed replacement. Dealership quoted $2200 to perform. I thought this was very high, I've used Walts in the past for work on my other vehicles so I decided to contact them to get a second opinion. They got me right in and confirmed it did need the work the dealership stated but got the brakes and rotors changed for $1000 dollars less. What a savings especially around Christmas time when money is tight. This is why i always reccomend Walts to friends and family. Thanks again to all the crew at Walt Egers for great customer service.

I needed an inspection quickly. They scheduled me same day. They have a shuttle service to take you home if you want. I had to wait and had my car ready within a few hours. Clean place, nice surroundings. Free coffee.

Amazing team!! I loved working with Walt Egers service center! Everything was so smooth from making the appointment to getting serviced! They went above and beyond to make me feel at home!
