I just moved here from New Mexico and only been here a week and a half before my car started acting up. It was a very last minute appt and they were able to take it in and start working on it the next day. They also provided a free loaner for me to use in the meantime. That was an absolute lifesaver. I would highly recommend them to look at your car.

Spectacular Service! From the moment I walked into Walt Eger's Service Center, I knew my car would be in good hands. I was courteously greeted by Mike who confirmed my appointment and welcomed me. Jason kept me kept informed on my vehicle's progress and made sure I was comfortable as I waited. He also provided me with thorough explanations of my car's needs. Mark repaired my bumper so that my car would pass the safety inspection at a mere fraction of the cost to replace it. The shuttle service driver Reds made sure I was comfortable and dropped me off at my front door making sure I entered my home before pulling off. The facility and bathroom is clean, well-lit, and comfortable. Everyone at Walt Eger's was extremely professional; I couldn't help but think that the staff's professionalism is based on a solid business model that guarantees quality of service. I cannot stress the excellent quality of service I received at Walt Eger's Service Center, but I can affirm that Walt Eger's is the place to take good care of my car and me. Thank you, Mike, Jason, Mark, and Reds for your excellent service and workmanship.

I paid for an inspection, they said I would need to replace a part and gave an expensive estimate. I got a second opinion, the part had low wear and should have been good. I ended up replacing the questionable part myself, saving myself money. I brought my car back to have them sign off on the replaced part and finish the inspection. They said the mechanic who had originally inspected my car was no longer there, no explanation. If I wanted to get the inspection completed, they would have charged me again to get another inspection. I ended up going else where. It also turns out that Walt Eger had missed a taillight bulb that was out. Edit: Bruce, I edited my comment to be more fair. I am removing any comment that comes off as personal. I am only speaking to the product and the service. I had a bad time as a customer, I am not going to call you to have another bad time.

Walter Eger did my car inspection and they were the cleanest and friendliest place I’ve ever been to. Though the entire staff was super helpful, Jason was especially kind in assisting me with the process. They even sent me coupons in the mail just a couple days after. I will definitely be back, 10/10

Went here today for a state inspection on my van and the entire process was very easy and fast! They also sent a detailed with pictures of everything they inspected! Jason and rob both provided excellent customer service!Thank you! This was my first time coming here never knew it was there!! We will be coming here for all of our future needs!

They had my car windows which couldn't go up fixed the same. The dropped me off at home and came back to pick me up when my car was fixed. That was a big help!

We are relatively new to Walt Eger's but have nothing but good things + thoughts of the service provided for the x3 Toyota's brought to them: a Camry sedan, a 2003 Highlander + 2008 Sienna mini-van! The estimates have been accurate + if there are any additional problems discovered or questions we are contacted promptly for our input. Jason, our service advisor today, was great during our most recent service visit + he patiently addressed any questions we asked regarding the service needed as the service advisors at Walt Egers have done since the beginning of our patronage of the service center this year. We would like to also be sure to thank the Mechanic(s) + the rest of the hard working support staff at Walt Egers that made it possible to complete previous + today's service which was completed within a day vs what was expected to be a 3 day job!! :-) KUDOS to the Walt Eagers folks!!!
