Was nervous bringing my vehical to a new shop but the prices and residual feelings from previous visit at the dealership were atrocious. Scouted the web for some time after my vehical went down, and came across this gem of a business! Walt Egers Service team not only made the repairs at a reasonable cost, but the team from customer service to technicians were so kind and informative on what services were needed and how to proceed that it made the entire visit (1 day compared to est. 3-5 days at dealership) a dream! Car got towed to the shop the night before, received a confirmation call the morning of and line of communication stayed open if I have questions or concerns. They made it easy to see what all needed repairs and what can be expected soon. Again, reasonable pricing for my repairs and A+ service team. Definitely bringing her back in when next services are due!

I bought a travel trailer and needed a timely and thorough inspection to meet registration requirements in support of a 9 week venture to the West. Of particular importance was to have a thorough inspection as this box on wheels will be my and my families home for up to 4 months a year while covering thousands of miles. I scheduled the inspection while in South Dakota and management was anticipating my arrival on the appointment date 7 days later. I will say that I have never received such excellent service as the inspection performed by Jacinto was conducted as scheduled and revealed numerous safety issues including damaged brake drums, shoes, springs and wiring. Each deficiency was clearly identified and I was able to work with Jacinto who coached me through the repair process so I was able to get a passing inspection report by performing all repairs myself saving time and money. Jacinto was a pleasure to work with and not surprisingly was clearly a mentor to some of the lesser experienced techs.

Just came in to get a full diagnosis done on a car I bought. Very friendly staff and as I waited for my car, it took less an hour to complete. Full paperwork was given and explained. I would definitely give them a chance if you need to get professional people working on your car. I will use them again for any work my three cars may need.
