My car wouldn't start one morning si had my car towed to Walt's to get my starter replaced.they fixed it in one day and much less then the dealer. I would definitely recommend them for big and small jobs. Great people help you through the process from the counter to the mechanics.

Amazing shop… I needed a new radiator. It seems like every company I went to was charging an outrageous amount to repair and it was gonna take days to get it fixed.. Walt Eger’s service center jumped right on it and had it fixed the next day. I officially found me a shop that stands behind there word. Customer for life. Thank you so much.

I have brought my car into Walt’s for a variety of repair and maintenance needs, each time the team here does great work and the staff is always friendly. The Free Shuttle service as well as a Free Loaner (with appointment) is a fantastic service that other shops don’t provide. Everyone is communicative and does what they can to make the customer feel taken care of. I would recommend Walt’s to anyone looking for a reliable service center!

I like the detailed report and the service but kinda crazy to charge $80 for a tire rotation. A full brake/rotor change is $1054 to give you an idea. I will probably only be back for the $70 oil change.

Hi Emily, Thank you for the four star review. As you have stated, we are not the least expensive. On a positive note, we are the only shop I am aware of that will offer our full 3 year, 36k mile warranty on brakes (considered a wear item and ALWAYS in the fine print as not covered EVER - we just don't believe in fine print). If you have an issue with any of the work we have performed, we stand behind it 100% without question. To be able to offer the warranty, we use very high quality parts. Hope this helps a little. I had my serpentine belt replaced at Walt Eger's Service Center last summer, and regrettably, the experience was far from satisfactory. While serpentine belts are typically expected to last between 60,000 to 100,000 miles, the one recently fitted in my vehicle displayed indications of abrasion and misalignment damage sooner than anticipated. Instead of filing a warranty claim, I chose to address the situation independently. I procured a replacement belt myself, at half the cost charged by the service center, and enlisted the help of a family friend with automotive expertise to install it. The difference was immediately noticeable. Despite my less-than-ideal experience with the serpentine belt replacement, I must acknowledge that the gentlemen at Walt Eger's Service Center have consistently been polite and courteous. So while this particular encounter was disappointing, I encourage potential customers not to let my experience solely influence their decision.

Walt Eger Service Center was a great resource to get much needed service performed on my vehicle on short notice and in a very convenient manner. My son who was passing through on a very short fall break from college had limited time to have service performed. Bruce Spencer arranged an appointment, the staff was very cordial and informing and went over the work needed and performed and even transported me to and from my office. The whole process was smooth and convenient for me. The services performed were needed, professionally performed and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Bruce Spencer and the Team at Walt Eger Service Center.
