I came in once again to the shop and as always had an awesome experience with all the Staff!! The Staff are all great and make you feel welcome. They provide all the necessary information and updates with your particular mechanical issue!! This time I had a Windshield Washer Fluid issue with my 2018 Lincoln Continental Reserve. One of the staff members Rob did an outstanding job with my repair and kept me in the loop and gave me the final disposition on my Lincoln's issue. He is an outstanding staff member and has great customer service skills!!!!!!!! I was hoping to see the owner Bruce to say hi, but he was on a well deserved vacation!! This shop has been a God Send to me and I feel so confident going there and getting my car worked on there. YOU WILL NOT FIND A BETTER PLACE IN THIS AREA TO GET YOUR VEHICLE WORKED ON....................Once you get a repair done with this company...........you will NOT want to go anywhere else!!!!!!!!!!! HONEST AND TRUSTWORTHY is this great shop!!!!!!!!!!! I can completely trust them with my Lincoln.............the staff know exactly what they are doing!!!!!!!!!!! Excellent experience with this company. They were able to take my car almost same day and it was ready the next day. I was also given a loaner car so that I can go to work and not bother my family! Very professional and great shop.

Always great service, very knowledgeable staff!! Make an appointment and you are taken in and you are out very quickly !! No hidden costs or any shocking costs!! They are all like family to their customers!!

Came in with a problem with my car, the staff was very helpful & knowledgeable, Terry the service guy was awesome. He explained everything that the mechanics found and gave me options for the repairs. He helped me prioritize what needed to be done right away and what could be done later. As we discussed my options, the owner Bruce walked in and was very friendly. They even offered me a ride home & back while I was waiting. I did have to leave my car for a couple of days because of waiting for parts. But this was the best experience at an auto shop I have ever had. They weren't the cheapest option, but they were the best. They have my business from now on. %100

Mark and the crew at Walt Eggers provided fantastic service. Check engine light of the vehicle illumined while passing through town in the evening. They were able to fit me in immediately the following day. Diagnosed the code, ruled out other problems, and made the repair by mid afternoon. From beginning to end their process is efficient, friendly, and thorough. Their communication engenders high confidence they know what they are doing and care for their customers. The price was competitive and fair and I was very pleased they were able to get me safely back on the road. Highly recommend!
