Great service!

My husband took our Hyundai Elantra to Walt Eger's for routine service. Unfortunately, the payment system was malfunctioning that day and we were charged twice for the service. We didn't notice the duplicate transaction until a few days later. When we brought it to the attention of the staff, the owner, Bruce, immediately called to apologize and make it right. He personally delivered the check to our home and left of us two Yetis as a gift. As a customer who often feels like just a number on a spreadsheet to big corporations, it is truly refreshing to work with a business that still believes in the human touch. I am so delighted with this experience that I will take my Kia to Walt Eger's for my next service appointment instead of my dealership. Thank you!

Good service at a fair price. Better pricing than some other shops in the area

As a Floridian, this has to be one of the best vehicle service centers I have been to. In case anyone out of state is looking for vehicle maintenance in the area. James keeps the ground moving and is detailed with customer service, Joseph handles customer calls with efficiency, Sam researches parts for even the rarest model of vehicles. (You may pay extra but is worth it) The technicians with one of them being named "Oto?" are efficient with repair times along with other unnamed individuals and provide pictures with repair and maintenance concerns. Loaner cars are provided as a courtesy with appointments coordinated in advance. No loaner car? No problem, free shuttle service to a rental car facility if you need it and can be coordinated in advance to meet you at a rental car facility once you return a rental. (Shuttle driver recommended, ask for Demetry, he is young but can hold a conversation.) If for some reason you had a bad experience here, you did not come in contact with these people. This review is important because most Maryland residents leave very unfair reviews for most businesses. "May travel be abundant and your stress minimized."🤠

I broke down 4 hours away from my house, not only did they take in my car and fix it, they communicated with me every day and allowed my car to sit in their lot until I was able to come pick it up. Phenomenal service!

Walt Egers Service Center is the best Automotive Center in the area. They can take care of 99% of any car care need. Bruce, the owner is so accommodating and Rob and the rest of the team gets the job done and done well.

Staff is courteous, thorough, efficient, and expert advice. Always accommodating!!

Customer service is top-notch everyone greets you with a welcoming smile. Also they give you a courtesy ride home while your car is being worked on haven’t seen this in years. Somebody will call you back and let you know what’s going on with your car and how long it will take to have your car repaired I’m excited that I found this place.
