Recently had my vehicle in for an unable to start issue. They took the vehicle in and diagnosed it pretty quickly and called with a quote to make the repairs which meant replacing the fuel pump to which I agreed. They started the repair and discovered that something had been chewing on the wires to the fuel pump and that replacing the fuel pump would not be necessary. The labor and repair wound up being about $1100.00 less than quoted originally. The honesty in that is impressive to me, this was the first time I have used this garage and if the need arises I will gladly take my business back to them.

Just bought a 2001 cavalier in Wisconsin and it has a Walt Egers Service Center sticker under the hood. Don't know when this car was at the shop but it's in Wisconsin and still going. Just wanted to let everyone know your work has made it to Wisconsin.

Good evening, It was my 1st time going to your business. I was referred by Fox Auto. My son's van is heavy duty due to the equipment added because he is paralized chest down. I was very happy with the customer service also the use of a loaner car so I could get back home. I have no complaints and would love to continue to take my sons van there and also my vehicle once my free services are completely used at Toyota or if any thing arises before then.
