As usual, the team displayed total professionalism and courtesy throughout my 150k maintenance service on my recently purchased cla 250 Mercedes. Not only did they recommend the exact same services as the Mercedes dealership, but their honesty and transparency made me completely comfortable with the estimate as it was much better than the dealer During my visit, I had the pleasure of chatting with a long-time customer who has been loyal and happy with the service from Walt to Bruce over the years. His stories further reinforced the outstanding customer service approach that this service center consistently provides. I've taken my cars to Walt Eger's a few times. My best experience was when I dropped off a car for a state inspection and the OWNER DROVE ME HOME! It was early and no one else was around, so he grabbed a set of car keys and off we went. It wasn't until we were in the car that I found out he owns the shop. Right then I knew I wanted to support this place more. When I wanted an alignment done, I decided to try Walt Eger's again. Most places charge between 100-150 and provide a print out showing how it was when they started vs what they did. With a discount, it was over $250! And no print out showing that they had done anything. Based on this experience and a few others, it seems like they're a great option for state inspections and easy, quick repairs. Anything more involved and you'll wish you went with someone else, especially when they charge an arm and a leg but don't have a detailed breakdown of how long things took and how much the parts were. In a few cases I've just been given a huge bill with no idea how they came up with those numbers. A little more transparency would go a long way with customers in my opinion.

Once again I had impeccable service from Walt Eger's Service Center. I've been taking my vehicles to Walt Eger's for years and have never left disappointed. You are met with friendly faces that genuinely care about giving you great service. And that's ExACTLY what you get! What I really like is that they go over your vehicle, then send you a message with their findings of what "should" be fixed and then items they recommend be fixed. What's really great is at no time do they try to push anything on you. They fix your vehicle in a timely fashion and at very reasonable prices. I live in Glen Burnie but have no problem traveling to Odenton for Walt Eger's to fix my vehicles. So worth it. I've been a longtime customer and will continue to be for the lifetime of my Malibu. Brought my car in for a small oil leak. The repair didn't work. The leak got worse. Walt Eger's stood by their work and made it right at no cost to me. Very pleased with the service.

Impeccable Service!! Once again we are over-the-moon on how we were treated by the great folks at Walt Eger’s. The speed, precision, pricing is all very fair and transparent. Our SUV needed a quick oil/filter, tire rotation which was completed same day. The following day we noticed a slight vibration at highway speed and Walt Eger’s happily took the SUV back to be diagnosed again. It turned out to be a slightly bent rim which was fixed same-day as well. Forget about the big nationwide retail chains; Walt Eger’s gets an A+!!!!

I called them to schedule an appointment and they were able to get me in the very next day. They even offered me a free shuttle ride back and forth ten miles away. They may be under new ownership, but it’s good to know the courteous and friendly customer service I remember from days past still exists there today! They are truly a top notch team that provides honest and exceptional professional care you and your car deserve. If you’ve never been there, you don’t know what you’re missing. If your car is in need of service, please give them a call. They won’t disappoint and they’ll even give you a ride if you need it!
