Brought my vehicle in on a Thursday afternoon for an alternator replacement, serpentine belt, tires, and power steering fluid flush. They had the car back to me the following day looking like a brand new car. Drives great.

Very happy with this place. Every visit I've had has been a success, with no surprises, great and friendly service. Clearly they value customers and want repeat business. Highly recommend. The online ability to make appointments needs some fine tuning, but the service is wonderful

I had an inspection done on my vehicle and was grossly overcharged for simple repairs. I was also lied to about the condition of my oil pan ( just needed a new drain plug) they tried to run me $500 for that alone when it costs less than $200. This place is being mismanaged so please if you have a family mechanic go there before you enter this Rip off!!!!!

My overall experience (first and second visits) were top notch. The repairs for my BMW were done quickly and at a reasonable price. I couldn't be more happy with the customer service and quality of work.They saved me a trip to my mechanic in VA and now have a new local customer.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Scheduling was easy and flexible. Service was fast and efficient. The owner himself shuttled me to and from my place of residence because I needed to leave my vehicle for overnight service. Never was any business so ready to accommodate and provide me with the information needed to streamline my recent move to the state. Will be back for future service.

I have seen the commercials for Walt Eger's for years and finally decided to try them for maintenance on my 2006 Tundra. What a GREAT experience. Fast, easy check-in, great update with pictures of all the service performed sent to me via the web. Great pricing. This is where I'll be getting ALL my service from now on. Nice to do business with a local garage.

Walt's is always great! They checked everything for the 48, 000 check-up, did what was needed. Checked the tires, said I might need new ones next time. Didn't do more than what was needed. Shuttled me home and picked me up when done. Everyone so helpful!

Took my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder to them b/c I was hearing a vibrating/fast tapping of metal sound under the ride. Walt Eger's was the 2nd shop I took it to & when they contacted me back, they said that they couldn't find the problem but I had a transmission problem & power steering problem. So I took to transmission shop, they told me they couldn't find or fix it but they also told me that there was nothing wrong with trans or steering that they could see. They didn't charge me $70 like Walt Eger did for doing nothing. Doubt if I would go to them again.

I would absolutely recommend! They were extremely professional and kind, great customer service. I had my car inspected and it failed for a tire, which they recommended I get elsewhere because they weren't competitive with prices. They did not try to push me to buy from them and even helped with a recommendation for a tire place. Every single person I encountered was super knowledgeable and very friendly. I will go back if I ever need anything done on my car again! Great place!

This was not our first visit to this establishment. However most likely it will be our last! For this particular visit, I needed rear brakes, rear shocks and rear springs for my 2004 Ford Taurus Wagon. We have been going to Walt Eger's so this was our initial choice. We scheduled an appointment for a Thursday and dropped the car off the night before. By 2:30 the next day we had not heard a word, so I called and they had not even gotten the car in to look at it. They were backed up because of the rain is what we were told (and this was with an appointment)! Finally after 4pm we got a call with the run down of what the car would need. We expected it needed brakes and the cost for that was basically acceptable; but the cost for the rear shocks and the springs was what seemed to be higher than normal. The car would have to stay another day to be worked on, so we approved the work and proceeded to check other avenues to verify the cost. What we found was Walt Eagers marks up their prices even higher than the Ford Dealer. When you find that something to me is wrong. We had back in September paid over $1000 for the front struts which made no difference in the ride of the car as we were advised it 'should'; and now we are being overcharged to do the rear hoping this 'should' help. In the end we only had them do the rear brakes and took the car to another shop to have the rear work done. In doing so we saved almost $400.It's a shame this went this way because we thought we had a service that we would be able to depend on for years to come, but the last few visits we found that the pricing here is marked up considerably higher and they do not value to continued commitment of customers either. So longer story a little shorter...we have decided to move our business elsewhere as Walt Eager's DID NOT LIVE UP TO THEIR COMMERCIALS and by marking up their service shows they really do not value the customer whether they are new or established.I will give them one positive that they provide detailed issue reports when you request them. The email with the photos of the brakes, etc. was very helpful and appreciated. They are very professional and polite as long as you are continuing to work with them, but when you question them (John), they get a bit of an attitude with you which we did not appreciate after all the money we had spent over the times of service.We know we will get a general response with excuses or generic reasons as to why these issues occurred. All we can say is you can take our information and use it to the best of your ability or accept a generic response and make your own choice. We now choose to move on as we cannot afford to overpay for repairs as I believe anybody else would agree.

I use Walt Eagers for my fleet maintenance and they keep my vehicle running top notch. The scheduling is convenient and my downtime is minimal, getting me back on the road and back to work. The free shuttle service is a huge plus. Thank you team.

Bruce and his team took fantastic care of our son's vehicle. We appreciated the quality of the work and the honest, direct approach when we ultimately encountered an issue that was beyond repair (user error, not a service issue). We have always experienced professional, prompt follow-up. Bruce takes a genuine interest in his customers and exceeds expectations with the quality of service his team provides. I highly recommend Walt Eger's Service Center. Their shuttle service and loaner car program is a nice touch as well!

I don't know what is my favorite part of taking my car to Walt Egers?! Bruce makes a point of taking care of his community. Not just the staff at Walt Egers, but other small business and members of his community. His staff is amazing. Sheryl, Love ya girl! The office staff and the service staff are just great people. They have text updates on your vehicle. They have video check-ups that you can watch, once they have completed. Bruce has taken the time to bring his service station into the 21st Century and it really helps his customers. I trust them implicitly with my vehicle. They will let you know what has to be done, what should be done, and what needs to get done, but can wait. TRICE! They live by it!!

Provided state inspection, friendly and professional and appreciated the free shuttle service and updated communication regarding progress. I was not thrilled to pay $37 to place a $2 bulb, but I don't ever expect the cost of car repairs to be favorable.My only concern is that everyone needs to be wearing a mask properly when interacting with the public. When I kept my distant to pay and get my keys, I pointed out the man helping me wasn't wearing a mask, nor had one handy, he just said, " I know."I still give 4 stars for overall friendliness and providing the inspection service I requested.
