Extremely thorough in their inspection. They do not take short cuts, take your money and leave you with an unsafe car. Very satisfied.

OMG what can i say... The team at Walt Eger's is in a word, AMAZING!!!! James and Sam are top of their game in customer service. Rob is simply on point when it comes to keeping the shop flowing and getting customers cars (namely mine) in and out on time. The tech who worked on my truck took great care to make sure that the work was done professionally and on time. I got to meet Donesha and she was just a pleasure. Even though i only had an oil change and tire rotation this time, I can assure you i will be back for everything my truck needs. These guys make you feel like family when you're there. Great communication, impeccable service, truthful and honest attempt of saving you the most they can with waiving fees imperative to the work being done. Not a place that tries to upsell for maintenance that can be deferred while still putting a reliable vehicle back on the road.

I have been going here since 2000 and have been very satisfied with their work. Prices seem to be on the higher end but the quality of work is always good. I love that they can take you back home and pick you up in their courtesy van. Sam is very nice

Had to have a body control module replaced. Excellent work and they go the extra mile to keep you car clean . However my key fob no longer works. It worked when I took the car to the shop. When I inquired about my key fob, they told me it would cost approximately $250 to reprogram the key fob. Disappointing
