The service I received was excellent. Issues were identified and I was provided with pictures of the problem as well a reasonable quote for repair. The mechanic, Jacinto, did an outstanding job in diagnosing and completing the repair. I am very happy with the work he did. Will definitely be returning for automotive service.

I was greeted and serviced by Jason. He had a fantastic attitude and enthusiasm to assure me they would be thorough and quick in my inspection. This was my 1st inspection as I lived in another state that didn't require inspections. Bruce the owner personally came to speak with me about the experience. He handed me a welcome brochure which was an added bonus and made me feel at home. As a woman this was significant. He went even further to connect me with his colleagues on a possible career venture, even with his new secretary in his presence he still made that time. Networking at its finest. I WILL be back for my car service needs. If you are looking for a home feel that won't rip you off, quick and efficient, this is the place to go. BTW, Maryland has ridiculous rules on car tint but that's for another review post...lol.

Customer service was courteous and Jason was very helpful in explaining everything that needed to be repaired. I've had 3 vehicles serviced here and each time was given impeccable service and they stand by their work. I will never take any vehicle I own, now or any I own in the future, any place else. I highly recommend Walt Egers 100%.

Took my 2000 avalon in on 5/26/22 after talking to service advisor Jason Dennis the day before. I told him what i had done was put a new master cylinder on and bleed the brakes a lot, but it still did not feel right. So the next day i took my car in. Jason and the tech:Tom Larson went to work to find the problem and they did , it was a bad master cylinder. Also after the 45 point FREE inspection that i did not know they did because this is my first time using this shop. Glad they did because it showed that the front suspension needed a number of parts. So i said fix all of it, I am very happy with the work. When i picked up my car in less then 2 days i was very happy, I told them they now have a new client. I also want to thank them for giving me a military discount, see you next time! a new client

I went to Walt Eger’s for general maintenance and diagnosis of a suspicious sound in my car. I got excellent service, Jason and Mark at the front desk was helpful in getting me in for an appointment and relayed all the info to me to help me make an informed decision. Pricing was fair. Great place for your automotive needs!

This is the first time I have left a google review ,as no service was so notable to warrant it. However, I was amazed at the service Walt Eger's. Specifically the technician who worked on it, Jacinto Abril-Caballero, and the Service Advisor, Jason Dennis. While I initially just showed up to get an oil change, tire rotation, and tire replacement, the 45-point inspection they provided illuminated many problems that 2 other auto service centers missed. Now some skeptical people might read this and consider the possibility that they could have taken advantage of my obvious lack of car knowledge, however they also provide an in-depth report with pictures referencing each notable issue. They also followed up with a call on the report and gave time and cost estimations, always making sure I wanted to continue before beginning work. They also provide a free shuttle to drive you home while the repairs are taking place (which was super convenient). They even threw in a few extra repairs at no cost (This by no means should be expected, but was appreciated none the less). I hardly recognized my car after their repairs. It felt completely different (in a good way). Overall, I am very impressed with their dedication and hardwork on what I can only assume my nightmare car was. Their prices are very reasonable for the work they do and it is done as efficiently as possible. I could not recommend them more.
