I paid for an inspection, they said I would need to replace a part and gave an expensive estimate. I got a second opinion, the part had low wear and should have been good. I ended up replacing the questionable part myself, saving myself money. I brought my car back to have them sign off on the replaced part and finish the inspection. They said the mechanic who had originally inspected my car was no longer there, no explanation. If I wanted to get the inspection completed, they would have charged me again to get another inspection. I ended up going else where. It also turns out that Walt Eger had missed a taillight bulb that was out. Edit: Bruce, I edited my comment to be more fair. I am removing any comment that comes off as personal. I am only speaking to the product and the service. I had a bad time as a customer, I am not going to call you to have another bad time.

We work hard not to, but it appears we did have a disconnect with you and we will always own up if that happens.
