We are relatively new to Walt Eger's but have nothing but good things + thoughts of the service provided for the x3 Toyota's brought to them: a Camry sedan, a 2003 Highlander + 2008 Sienna mini-van! The estimates have been accurate + if there are any additional problems discovered or questions we are contacted promptly for our input. Jason, our service advisor today, was great during our most recent service visit + he patiently addressed any questions we asked regarding the service needed as the service advisors at Walt Egers have done since the beginning of our patronage of the service center this year. We would like to also be sure to thank the Mechanic(s) + the rest of the hard working support staff at Walt Egers that made it possible to complete previous + today's service which was completed within a day vs what was expected to be a 3 day job!! :-) KUDOS to the Walt Eagers folks!!! The service I received was excellent. Issues were identified and I was provided with pictures of the problem as well a reasonable quote for repair. The mechanic, Jacinto, did an outstanding job in diagnosing and completing the repair. I am very happy with the work he did. Will definitely be returning for automotive service.

I was greeted and serviced by Jason. He had a fantastic attitude and enthusiasm to assure me they would be thorough and quick in my inspection. This was my 1st inspection as I lived in another state that didn't require inspections. Bruce the owner personally came to speak with me about the experience. He handed me a welcome brochure which was an added bonus and made me feel at home. As a woman this was significant. He went even further to connect me with his colleagues on a possible career venture, even with his new secretary in his presence he still made that time. Networking at its finest. I WILL be back for my car service needs. If you are looking for a home feel that won't rip you off, quick and efficient, this is the place to go. BTW, Maryland has ridiculous rules on car tint but that's for another review post...lol.

Customer service was courteous and Jason was very helpful in explaining everything that needed to be repaired. I've had 3 vehicles serviced here and each time was given impeccable service and they stand by their work. I will never take any vehicle I own, now or any I own in the future, any place else. I highly recommend Walt Egers 100%.

Took my 2000 avalon in on 5/26/22 after talking to service advisor Jason Dennis the day before. I told him what i had done was put a new master cylinder on and bleed the brakes a lot, but it still did not feel right. So the next day i took my car in. Jason and the tech:Tom Larson went to work to find the problem and they did , it was a bad master cylinder. Also after the 45 point FREE inspection that i did not know they did because this is my first time using this shop. Glad they did because it showed that the front suspension needed a number of parts. So i said fix all of it, I am very happy with the work. When i picked up my car in less then 2 days i was very happy, I told them they now have a new client. I also want to thank them for giving me a military discount, see you next time! a new client

I went to Walt Eger’s for general maintenance and diagnosis of a suspicious sound in my car. I got excellent service, Jason and Mark at the front desk was helpful in getting me in for an appointment and relayed all the info to me to help me make an informed decision. Pricing was fair. Great place for your automotive needs!
