drained, flushed & refilled power steering system, but almost same problems as before, seemed expensive work with little results.
Good morning Jim - I am sorry you feel this way. As your wife, you and I discussed during the shuttle ride, your power steering rack is leaking and we recommended it be replaced, showing you the leaks with our digital inspection. We did the power steering flush at your direction, noting we did not feel it would resolve the issue. But a leak is a leak that needs to be fixed correctly, noting the vehicle is a 2003 Avalon. Whether you use our shop or another one, the ONLY way to fix the issue is to replace the rack at this point which will be costly. Best of luck as you pursue the proper fix. Bruce Spencer, Owner.
