Had to get repairs to my wife's car for two unrelated problems. Both times the repairs were done very quickly. The second time the technician was helpful in identifying that the problem was one of two things - we went home and tried the simpler thing. Although it turned out to be the harder fix (which they performed with minimal interruption to our schedules), we appreciated that he was interested in helping even if it might mean one less visit to them. Will definitely use again.

My review is a tad late, but here it is! The fellas here have ALWAYS been so pleasant, professional, timely, and enjoyable to talk to. Their carpooling service makes dropping off the vehicle so much more convenient and I deeply appreciate it. I plan on using them for all our car needs until my husband gets stationed somewhere else. I HIGHLY recommend Walt Eger's Service Center! Thank you guys for providing such awesome service!

This was the first time my vehicle was serviced at Walt Eger's and I'm very satisfied. In addition to the work I requested, I received (via text message link) a detailed report (photos included) of other maintenance items that may require my attention. I'll definitely be back!

Very happy with this place. Every visit I've had has been a success, with no surprises, great and friendly service. First time using the shuttle, and boy is that convenient!

I've been a regular customer at Walt Egers for about 2 years. Great staff .. friendly and listen to the customer. They guarantee the work and won't throw a bunch of parts on when it's not required. Appointment s work well and a shuttle is available.
