Severn Auto Repair

This is the first time I have left a google review ,as no service was so notable to warrant it. However, I was amazed at the service Walt Eger's. Specifically the technician who worked on it, Jacinto Abril-Caballero, and the Service Advisor, Jason Dennis. While I initially just showed up to get an oil change, tire rotation, and tire replacement, the 45-point inspection they provided illuminated many problems that 2 other auto service centers missed. Now some skeptical people might read this and consider the possibility that they could have taken advantage of my obvious lack of car knowledge, however they also provide an in-depth report with pictures referencing each notable issue. They also followed up with a call on the report and gave time and cost estimations, always making sure I wanted to continue before beginning work. They also provide a free shuttle to drive you home while the repairs are taking place (which was super convenient). They even threw in a few extra repairs at no cost (This by no means should be expected, but was appreciated none the less). I hardly recognized my car after their repairs. It felt completely different (in a good way). Overall, I am very impressed with their dedication and hardwork on what I can only assume my nightmare car was. Their prices are very reasonable for the work they do and it is done as efficiently as possible. I could not recommend them more.

I never feel like I am being charged too much for repairs and since I know nothing about cars, they also explain to me why the part needed to be replaced. They never make me feel like I need to panic about getting something replaced quickly or trying to find the money to get it repaired. Trustworthy and honest.

Great service, provides easy to read and understand assessment of your vehicle issues via email that includes pictures of any codes or parts that may need to be replaced. One of the best auto service centers in Anne Arundel County.

THE BEST!!!!!! My third visit to Walt Eger....was another great experience. Jason was my first contact on the phone and when I arrived. He listened as I tried to explain what was going on with my BMW and answered all of my questions. The repairs were done quickly and at a reasonable price. I couldn't be happier with the customer service and quality of work. Highly recommend!!

This is by far the best auto service center I’ve been to in my life. As a first time car owner, I was very nervous when my brakes started making noise. This place also has the best customer service I’ve experience in a while. Even when I did not have transportation to get back home, they took me home using their free shuttle service. They even replaced my brake pads for free after it was discovered that the rotors caused the issue. Super kind people and place. I did not have to wait very long either. I’ll be coming back here for any/all car issues and I recommend those in the area do the same. The place feels like family and they treat their customers as such. Thank you!
