First time user, I was looking for a shop to bring all my vehicles for service and repair, this is unfortunately not it. Why? 1. I asked for Mobile Full Synthetic HIGH Milage oil, didn’t get it. No response from the desk clerk, he actually didn’t even ask what I wanted. 2. My left front tire was low when I went in and still low when it came out. They didn’t check the pressure and by the way, tire rotation is not standard. 3. Nice pictures given with receipts but what does .7 or .6 mean on my brakes? Nothing was reviewed, I paid and was handed the papers. Nice enough people, just not the place for me. For what they did and what I paid I think I could get more for my money at Jiffy Lube.
Hi Joe. As the owner, I take every review seriously, so thank you for taking the time to write. I am sorry we did not meet your expectations, but I would like to clarify a few things. We did use Mobil 1 in your truck. As well, I called the Severn Jiffy Lube and got a quote on a 2015 F150 with Mobil 1. We are actually $15 below them although we don't try to compete with them on price. They have a coupon for the tire rotation at $23.99, but it is not free. As the owner, I have to take exception to the desk clerk comment. Our two Service Advisors have a combined 45+ years of auto repair experience and work their tails off to take good care of our customers. I also reviewed the seven page courtesy inspection we texted and printed for you with pictures. It reads 7 mm on your brake pads and marks them as "Good" (green on the report). Again, I am sorry we did not meet expectations and we will work as a team to do better for the next customer. As with any customer, I am always available to discuss your experience.
