Wonderful experience from start to finish. Scheduling was easy and flexible. Service was fast and efficient. The owner himself shuttled me to and from my place of residence because I needed to leave my vehicle for overnight service. Never was any business so ready to accommodate and provide me with the information needed to streamline my recent move to the state. Will be back for future service.

I have seen the commercials for Walt Eger's for years and finally decided to try them for maintenance on my 2006 Tundra. What a GREAT experience. Fast, easy check-in, great update with pictures of all the service performed sent to me via the web. Great pricing. This is where I'll be getting ALL my service from now on. Nice to do business with a local garage.

Walt's is always great! They checked everything for the 48, 000 check-up, did what was needed. Checked the tires, said I might need new ones next time. Didn't do more than what was needed. Shuttled me home and picked me up when done. Everyone so helpful!

Haven't been able to get service

Hi Michael - I don't show you as a current customer or I would have called you directly to discuss. I am not sure what happened, but we can get you in any day this week for service. You may book online through our website and we will get right back to confirm. Also, feel free to call us M-F between 8:00 and 6:00 at (410) 519-8445. We offer a free shuttle to or from home/work and if you need an after hours drop, we have a 24/7 dropbox for your convenience. If you would like to speak with me directly, just call the shop. Took my 2013 Nissan Pathfinder to them b/c I was hearing a vibrating/fast tapping of metal sound under the ride. Walt Eger's was the 2nd shop I took it to & when they contacted me back, they said that they couldn't find the problem but I had a transmission problem & power steering problem. So I took to transmission shop, they told me they couldn't find or fix it but they also told me that there was nothing wrong with trans or steering that they could see. They didn't charge me $70 like Walt Eger did for doing nothing. Doubt if I would go to them again.

Hi Tyron - Believe it or not, we appreciate all reviews, even one stars because they give us a chance to discuss how we might address a given customer situation differently. As the owner, I investigate and reply to every review we receive. I discussed your situation with our service writer and technician. We have a 45 point courtesy inspection, but if we have to do any type of deeper diagnosis, we do charge a fee because I need to pay the technician for the time they spend. Our service advisor let me know we have seen your situation a few times. With your specific transmission being very unique, the dealer is in the best position to address the issue as we believe it to be. So we recommend you see the dealer for a deeper look. It is rare that we send someone to a dealer, but if we think that is the best solution, that is what we do. I am available to discuss further if you like at 410 519-8445. I would absolutely recommend! They were extremely professional and kind, great customer service. I had my car inspected and it failed for a tire, which they recommended I get elsewhere because they weren't competitive with prices. They did not try to push me to buy from them and even helped with a recommendation for a tire place. Every single person I encountered was super knowledgeable and very friendly. I will go back if I ever need anything done on my car again! Great place!

We sell and install tires and are generally competitive, but if the individual case (like yours) is better served another way, we don't hesitate to make the right recommendation for you.
