I've been taking all 3 of our family vehicles to Walt Eger's for several years now and recently had a significant problem with a particular job that had not been completely properly by a mechanic at Walt Eger's. It was a very significant and expensive problem and at first my confidence was shaken and I thought about abandoning Walt Eger's. But due to the high cost of the repair I decided to explain the situation to the management and see what response I got. In the end I could not have asked for a better response. Even though the job was very difficult and expensive, Mike at the front desk fully understood my situation and had the entire repair completed at no cost to me. This made everything 100% right in my mind, and I plan to continue to take my cars to Walt Eger's for as long as I live in the area. No company is perfect and everyone makes mistakes, but after this mistake was discovered it was handled flawlessly.
Doug - Thanks for the feedback and understanding that not everything is perfect. Our technician made an error so Mike made it right for you. The cost of the expense is secondary. We take great pride in our quality and do not run from a mistake. Glad you are sticking with us!!
