The first time I dropped off my car it was great. The car was fixed in a timely manner and the price was fair. I never met anyone as I dropped off and picked up when they were closed The next time I had a problem, with a check engine light, I called them. I was dismayed to be told that there would be a $195.00 diagnostic fee on top of any repairs needed. Very sad because I thought I had discovered a place that can be trusted to do good work at reasonable prices. That fee is out of my range, unfortunately. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and polite.

Hi Lola. I am sorry it didn't work out for a second visit. I am the owner and am happy to speak with customers. As we discussed, the shop invests substantial money into the latest diagnostic equipment so we can solve customer issues. When you described the issues to our Service Advisor, he believed a fair amount of diagnostic time would be needed. So he quoted you accordingly to be upfront. We do not want customers to have surprises where we charge for something that has not been agreed upon. These guys are the best. Before any work is done they perform a 45 Point inspection on your vehicle at no cost. Then email a copy of there report. It's very detailed with photos of your vehicle, the technician and service writer. I won't go anywhere else with my Toyota. I gave these guys 5 stars but if I could I'd give them 100 stars.

Everyone was extremely friendly and easy to work with. It's not easy to find a mechanic you feel you can trust and isn't taking you through the ringer. I felt as though everything I was told about my car was correct and I never once felt like I was being taken advantage of. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone and I intend, heaven forbid I need any more work done on my car, to use Walt Eger's as my mechanic from here on out. Thank you all and God bless!!

Excellent customer service. Rotors and pads with oil change done in 24 hours (including ordering parts). The courtesy shuttle saved me from getting an uber or annoying a friend. I appreciate the exterior wash, she was dirty. Cheers guys!

Over the years I’ve taken my 1998 c230 Mercedes to Walt Eger’s service center. The guys always provide me with a report of my needs based on safety and drive ability and then I’m able to prioritize what should be done now and what can wait till a future visit .
