This is THE place to take your car for service. They are honest and great! My family has been going to Walt Eger's for many years. We are always pleased with the service and courtesy shown to us. In the extremely rare case where there may be a question or issue, it is resolved immediately and to our satisfaction. I especially want to thank JASON for his help, knowledge, patience and understanding making it easier for me to file an insurance claim for my Honda CRV. Hi, As a woman it is hard to find a vehicle sercice center that will listen to you. Often I am met with dehumanizing conversations because I am a woman. However, I just want to say that Walt Egers Service center treated me well. I had an amazing experience here. They are the most honest, transparent, and friendly service center. This was my first time going to Walt's and the service was great! I called to schedule a state inspection and they were able to see me pretty quickly. Dropped off my car and picked it up the same day, so couldn't ask for better turnaround time! Everyone was friendly when I walked in and made it feel very welcoming. Will definitely be going back for any car needs!

Because of Covid and some personal health issues, I had been putting off routine check of fluids in my beloved late husband’s Ford Ranger. When the fuel lines suddenly presented in desperate need of repair, all I could think was to get scheduled at Walt Eger’s. I was given upfront attention and immediately knew the issues would be handled as quickly as possible and with the utmost integrity. I am amazed at how quickly the necessary repairs were made-with original Ford parts coming in from Detroit. 4 business days and the truck is back at my place-fluids flushed and replaced as needed and the fuel line is as good as new! This is peace of mind you don’t get everywhere.

I have been bringing my cars & vans to Walt’s ever since they were at the old North Linthicum location. (Probably longer than the current staff was born! 😂😂!) I cannot say how great they are! Bruce is following right in Walt’s footsteps for being honest and standing by they work! BTW: one of my past vans had over 265,000 miles on it when I donated it to charity and my current van has 118,000 miles on it! Every mile was serviced by Walt’s ! Do I like them? Yes, I guess you can say that!!!
