I almost don’t want to tell everyone how wonderful this place is, because then everyone will go and I can’t get an appointment. After using the dealership where I bought my 2005 RAV all these years, I decided to try Walt Eger (right down the road from my house) and I’ll never go back to the dealership. Making an appointment is smooth and effortless. The moment I walked through the door I felt welcomed. Jason is AMAZING, listened to my concerns, and gave me up front, easy to understand information on what the next steps would be. I quickly received a report (with photos) on what needed to be done, and quick and thorough follow ups on the service. Quick and efficient, everything done in a day. Free shuttle after I dropped it off too! Knowing I have a reliable, friendly, and honest car shop just minutes from my house gives me comfort knowing I have a great place to go to service and repair my old RAV.

Had a strange noise when the car got to 40 or more - we needed the car for the next day but had no appt. Long time customer and they fit us in, found a plastic flap that was loose and secured it. Best pars - they were done mid afternoon AND, when I asked what the damage (price) was they said "just write a review". Been going there for years and would highly recommend.

Worked us in when my wife noticed a noise at higher speeds. Found the problem, fixed it and NO CHARGE - it was a little thing that they found but still I am grateful. Been a long time customer and will continue to be.
