Walt Eger Service Center in my experience is synonymous with quality automotive service. The service writers Mark and Jason certainly really embrace the ownership's TRICE Ethos. I was open and honest with Jason and Mark on the fact another automotive shop had not been able to resolve the issue I was having with my car, and I wanted to have it brought there for engine problem analysis. Although my car was older, I was happy Walt Eger agreed to address the issue it was having after explaining how it had been maintained. In a couple of days, I received the coolest text message with a link that described the results of the engine and service analysis. It was the most comprehensive analysis of necessary auto services my car needed that had been received remotely or in person I have ever seen. I was blown away. The diagnostic confirmed short comings my old auto mechanic had as well as identified the issue they were not able to resolve. My car is driving like new now. After Jason gave me a tour of the garage, I now have found my new Service Center for my other 4 cars = Walt Eger Service Center. I like the cars I have and am not looking to buy a new car.
