While on vacation we ran into an issue. We were hauling our 5th wheel and our brakes started grinding. It was a Saturday and everything was closed. I scheduled an appointment on line for Monday morning. We took in our truck for brakes and rotors. They let us use a car for the day for no charge. We had it back by the end of the day and we're able to continue with our trip. Thank you to all of you who helped us out that day!!! Don & Dawn Allemon

Had my car towed in to Walt's service center on a Wednesday and had it back the next day, thinking it wouldn't be ready till after the memorial day weekend. They replaced the alternator and repaired a wire harness very quickly. Exceptional service by all.......it was my first time there and will be the place I go to for now on.

Great service again with walt Egers team. They only preform needed Service but also give you a heads up on the services you may need the next visit.

I just went here for a tune up. Their shuttle service is incredibly convenient, the customer service is great, and prices are reasonable!

I had taken my vehicle to them for some preventive maintenance work which included replacing my water pump. 3 months later I noticed a drip coming from the engine. Walt Egers immediately diagnosed the issue and replaced the pump completely free of charge as it was a warranty issue. Honest mechanics.

I have been stationed here at Fort Meade since 2019. I met the folks at Walt Eger’s when required to inspect my Ram 3500 for registration requirements for MD. The service was outstanding. I have not had any problems with my truck nor had any other mechanical issues until now as I am preparing to retire. We will be driving cross country so I am having Walt Eger’s do all my 100k maintenance. I appreciate the great service from Sam scheduling to Rob calling me for the follow up parts that Jason ordered for me. Bruce Spencer, the owner, is very interested in providing superior services. Bruce personally drove me home once. Otto was my mechanic who did a great job with my services. I highly recommend Otto for diesel work. Jason has the connections to get parts which are more difficult to get and was very efficient have my power steering hose on hand and ready for installation a few days later. Some folks may want to complain about problems with prices however, they will find in most cases, they get what you pay for. You simply will not get the best services for the cheapest prices. I have not, nor will I take my truck anyplace else for service. Bruce and Walt Eger’s team may not be perfect but they are the very best within 100 miles of Fort Meade, MD. Tell them Tony, the retired Marine Corps Master Gunnery Sergeant sent you.

The team at Walt Eger’s is great. We take our two, soon to be three, vehicles there for maintenance and repairs. I know that when my kid is driving any of our cars she is safe because our car is well maintained and with their 45 point inspection we know of any issues before they become serious. Truly terrible customer service

I was on a business trip 3 1/2 hours away from home when I experienced car trouble. I spoke to Rob and explained my situation. He immediately sprung into action sourcing the parts needed to fix my vehicle and get me back on the road. Rob, Bruce and the whole team @ Walt Eger's went above and beyond to help me in a time of crisis. I highly recommend this business to anyone who needs automotive repair. Thanks again team!!!!!!
