Good work, BEST customer service I've experienced in decades!!!!

I have a 2018 Lincoln Continental Reserve and needed an Engine Oil and Filter change. Thought about going to a Lincoln Dealer but remembered Walt Eger's from past experience!! Man I was so glad I went to Walt Eger's!! Walt Eger's is a very PROFESSIONAL establishment, and they know what they are doing! An associate even took me home while my car was being worked on. When I found out my car was ready, I went back to pick up my car and found all the work was done VERY WELL and my car was left VERY CLEAN just like I had it!! I am so amazed at my experience with Walt Eger's!! I will MOST DEFINTELY return for any Maintenance or car issues I may have in the future!!!! I am hoping I will NEVER have to go to the Lincoln Dealership...........because I do here of some nightmares with the dealers!! You can ABSOLUTELY trust Walt Eger's business!!!!!!!! THANKS Walt Eger's!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT WALT EGER's!!!!!!!!!!!!!

After arriving from the West Coast back to BWI we discovered a flat tire. Even with the "balloon" spare, we would not be able to get home (over an hour away) and would require service. Walt Eger's was recommended, and we stopped in to have the necessary work completed. Even though they were extremely busy that morning, the service writer at the front desk made the extra effort to get us taken care of and we would be on our way long before we anticipated. What started out as a very challenging morning quickly turned into a pleasant surprise and relief due to the graciousness and genuine concern of the staff. I highly recommend this Service Center. There is no shop I trust more than this. They have serviced both of my vehicles for almost 2 years now. Their estimates are fair, and there’s never any pressure to have them perform any repairs not completely necessary. I love the update emails with the photos of the inspection, too. I also love the way Mark and Jason treat everyone. None of that fake customer service stuff, just genuine talk about what needs repaired to keep us on the road, and they always make sure it’s done right.
