I've been a satisfied customer for nearly 20 years. Bruce is as fair and honest as Walt has always been; you will never be charged for a repair you don't need, or haven't approved in advance, and the work will be done to the highest professional standards. Don't be afraid to ask questions, or, if you get a punch list of things that need to be done, be afraid to say, "I can't afford to do all this right now"; if you do, the mechanics will tell you what's most important, what can wait, and what will happen if the urgent things aren't taken care of soon. I have had some really dodgy experiences with other repair shops in this area--but never once at Walt Eger's!
