I find Walt Eger’s to be very trustworthy. Excellent customer service - I had everything explained to me and was able to decide, based on the technician’s explanation and advice, what issues needed immediate attention and which could wait to fit within my budget.

Good auto service! Period! They even have a shuttle ride to and from the garage if you need it!

I'm NOT satisfied with this place at all, I've had the check engine light On in my car, so I went to this place to get a diagnosis and get the issue resolved so I could be able to pass my emission inspection, SO after the diagnosis, parts (2 sensors), and labor, the check engine light came back right On again an hour later on the highway, so I took my car back because they told me that I had 3500 miles warranty, so scheduled an appointment for the following day at 9am and had my car dropped off, and then they called me back at 4:40pm to pick up my car again, and when I started driving my car 2 minutes later the check engine light came up, so up to now I have the check engine light still On, and I've lost the $990 that I was charged. I have no knowledge about cars mechanical issues, and I am sure that I can do better work than that.

Hi WM - In your situation, we replaced two Oxygen sensors as the least expensive way to get started, noting they may not solve the issue. You had purchased the vehicle from someone who put "extenders" on the sensors which was most likely their attempt at "tricking" emissions. We are not surprised the check engine light came back on because most likely you need both catalytic converters, which is an expensive fix. In our discussions, we believe this was very clear to all parties. Based on the review, I would not expect to keep you as a customer. Having said that, we are happy to speak with the next shop that works on it to address your situation if they want to call us. But as of now, we recommend you take the step to replace your catalytic converters. Since it is a Honda, you should use original dealer parts to ensure success. Sorry this did not work out with the least expensive approach.

Good people. Explained everything throughly. Didn't try to have things done unnecessarily. Will definitely be back Mark and the guy driving the shuttle vehicle are good people to have on your team.

Walt Eger's Service Center was fantastic. They give out a detailed report, along with pictures, regarding every problem on with your car. It was about $200 for clarity of all of my problems. Go to Walt Eger's for inspections and boy they will inspect. However for repairs they are extremely pricey. If you don't know better you might spend thousands of dollars here when you could go somewhere else and receive the same service for a third to half the price.
