The first time I dropped off my car it was great. The car was fixed in a timely manner and the price was fair. I never met anyone as I dropped off and picked up when they were closed The next time I had a problem, with a check engine light, I called them. I was dismayed to be told that there would be a $195.00 diagnostic fee on top of any repairs needed. Very sad because I thought I had discovered a place that can be trusted to do good work at reasonable prices. That fee is out of my range, unfortunately. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and polite.
Hi Lola. I am sorry it didn't work out for a second visit. I am the owner and am happy to speak with customers. As we discussed, the shop invests substantial money into the latest diagnostic equipment so we can solve customer issues. When you described the issues to our Service Advisor, he believed a fair amount of diagnostic time would be needed. So he quoted you accordingly to be upfront. We do not want customers to have surprises where we charge for something that has not been agreed upon.
