We’re able to diagnose my cars issue and repair it quickly, free shuttle was very helpful and employees were all nice people. Great shop to go for repairs

I brought my car into them after it had overheated. I was having coolant issues for some time. After they did their diagnostics they (and I) came to the conclusion that doing any work or replacing the engine altogether might not be a feasible long term solution to my problem. By making this decision, they saved me upwards of $10,000. I greatly appreciated this honesty. Any other mechanic might have just let my car to continue to be a money pit. They charged me reasonably for the initial tow and for the diagnostics and sent me on my way. Thank you Walt Eger's for your honesty and customer loyalty. I would (and will) recommend them to friends and family.

I am so glad I found this place, thanks to a coworkers recommendation. I was impressed that they had photos of everything that was wrong with my car, this proved to me that they are thorough and honest. John and JD are very helpful and explained things to where I could understand. They gave me a printout of the cost for repairs - no hidden pricing. I trust them and will keep coming back. I was in need of a quick windshield replacement and I called they were able to get me in the next day! Service was fast and everyone was very friendly while I waited for my car. I would return if I had any other auto service needs.

There was a little mishap as there often is with life, but they get the full 5 stars for taking care of it properly. Plus, and maybe most importantly, they didn't try to say something that was simple to fix was something more than it was - air conditioning needed to be recharged (less expensive), and they didn't try and lie and say it was the air compressor (much more expensive). I would def recommend them.

Dear Stooxoots :-) - Thank you for the great review. We would rather start with the "smaller" issue (AC evap and re-charge in your case) and test it to make sure the larger more expensive issue (compressor) is not needed. We just want to prove it out for you before you spend $$$ unnecessarily. We need to make money too, but not at the expense of being honest. Have a nice weekend.
