I have been coming to Walt's to get my oil change. They have a waiting area with coffee, tv, and wifi. They do great work and the owner and staff are very courteous. They even have a courtesy shuttle to take you home and pick you up. However, I did have to take off two days from work to get my repair completed. With better communication I could have just used one day. Those other 8 hours of annual leave would of been nice to have on my last paycheck, especially since I'm moving. I still rate this shop highly for all the things mentioned above. Thanks guys.

Great service but the workshop looked like a dump.

We’re able to diagnose my cars issue and repair it quickly, free shuttle was very helpful and employees were all nice people. Great shop to go for repairs

I brought my car into them after it had overheated. I was having coolant issues for some time. After they did their diagnostics they (and I) came to the conclusion that doing any work or replacing the engine altogether might not be a feasible long term solution to my problem. By making this decision, they saved me upwards of $10,000. I greatly appreciated this honesty. Any other mechanic might have just let my car to continue to be a money pit. They charged me reasonably for the initial tow and for the diagnostics and sent me on my way. Thank you Walt Eger's for your honesty and customer loyalty. I would (and will) recommend them to friends and family.

I am so glad I found this place, thanks to a coworkers recommendation. I was impressed that they had photos of everything that was wrong with my car, this proved to me that they are thorough and honest. John and JD are very helpful and explained things to where I could understand. They gave me a printout of the cost for repairs - no hidden pricing. I trust them and will keep coming back. Thank for wonderful customer service!
