Formerly a kind, trustworthy establishment. Unfortunately Walt sold the company to someone else, who now coasts on the business's good reputation. I and others in my family have been gouged and exploited, sometimes charged 600% markup for simple items like sparkplugs. There are some kind people that work there, but please don't reward the greed and dishonesty of this new owner.

I looked into your family's history and you have been a customer so I looked deeply in case your claims have merit. We have not seen your 2001 Corolla since March 2017. At the time, we did extensive work on it...hub bearings, two tires, front end alignment (that required a CAM kit because it was so far out of alignment), flushed the transmission and completed an exhaust repair. No plugs. So I looked at ALL of the Corbetts' history with us and found a vehicle that received plugs. You mention a 600% markup on them. Those plugs each cost the shop over $20 apiece, clearly very costly plugs. I just wanted to confirm that we did not gouge you. I am comfortable we did not. Our family bought the shop and we work every day to honor Walt's legacy of trustworthy repairs at a fair price.
