Even though we had a particularly difficult and potentially expensive problem with our car, the garage worked with us to find the problem and provide the best and cheapest solution, even though that meant we had to take our car to the dealership. This meant Walt Eger ordered parts, fitted them, and were willing to take them off and send them back so we didn’t have to pay for them. John was a fantastic customer service associate, and extremely patient even when I was upset that my car was three years old and needed engine work. If we need future work, we would definitely go here!
Mr. Stewart - THANK YOU for the review and understanding. I will share this with John and the team.
