There was a little mishap as there often is with life, but they get the full 5 stars for taking care of it properly. Plus, and maybe most importantly, they didn't try to say something that was simple to fix was something more than it was - air conditioning needed to be recharged (less expensive), and they didn't try and lie and say it was the air compressor (much more expensive). I would def recommend them.

Dear Stooxoots :-) - Thank you for the great review. We would rather start with the "smaller" issue (AC evap and re-charge in your case) and test it to make sure the larger more expensive issue (compressor) is not needed. We just want to prove it out for you before you spend $$$ unnecessarily. We need to make money too, but not at the expense of being honest. Have a nice weekend.

I had a great experience here. Very friendly team the moment I walked in the door. Gave me honest answers and advice about my Elantra. And free shuttle service! Definitely would recommend.

My truck had overheated 2 days ago and after trying self-diagnose & fix, I ended calling Walt Egers & they were excellent! Having been a relatively "new" client (year & a half, with a troublesome Lincoln), I knew I would be taken care of and I wasn't disappointed. JD, the shop's manger, was great, very helpful & went above and beyond. Plus, he had my truck ready the same day!! A big Thank You to JD & the guys at Walt Egers! Thanks to you too, Bruce! Keep up the good work!!

Terrible!!!!!! Left my truck there for inspection. 20 days later never completed. Could not even get someone to get me a complete price for the inspection and repairs needed.

Fred - You have my sincerest apologies. We blew this one. After inspecting your vehicle, there was substantial work needed. We have been down two technicians (one left to join the army and I had to make a change with another one for poor attitude). We have two very good replacements starting this week. We never hire someone hoping they can do the quality of work we require. We make sure they meet our standards. So your vehicle was pushed back.
