DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! Mr. Walt is no longer the owner and these new people are dishonest and do not know how to work on cars that good like when Walt was there. We paid them thousands of dollars to fix my mothers truck and when she left it started making loud noises and pulling to left as we drove it. Took it back to them and they told us they don’t know why it’s doing it and they don’t know how to fix it!!??? This is after taking it back 3 times, paying them and mind you it was not doing any of that when we took it to them!!! Do not use these people!! Save your time and money and go to a professional who cares about its customers!!!

Very unhappy.. I was told my vehicle would be done late afternoon next day. That's the only reason I took my vehicle there. I am here from out of town and have a heart condition so getting my vehicle back asap was important seeing as how it was being used for work purposes. I was told extra things were wrong that werent and after arguing with the guy on the phone who basically stated his "dilemma " was more important than me getting home to my medications I was charged almost 500 dollars for basically nothing seeing as how the truck wasnt fixed AND I had to go retrieve the axle so I could tow my vehicle somewhere else that was open on weekends. Highly suggest not going here and will be reporting to BBB. Not only did i go through hell with them but paid massively for nothing as well!!!!! Their website says they care about their customers.... guess that's a bold face lie!

Tara - We are very sorry that we did not meet your expectations and the time requirement to return your vehicle. We had to send the axle out to a third party to perform some work on it and they could not get it back to us in time on Friday. Hopefully the other shop was able to complete the work over the weekend for you. My name is Bruce Spencer and I am the owner. I've been taking all 3 of our family vehicles to Walt Eger's for several years now and recently had a significant problem with a particular job that had not been completely properly by a mechanic at Walt Eger's. It was a very significant and expensive problem and at first my confidence was shaken and I thought about abandoning Walt Eger's. But due to the high cost of the repair I decided to explain the situation to the management and see what response I got. In the end I could not have asked for a better response. Even though the job was very difficult and expensive, Mike at the front desk fully understood my situation and had the entire repair completed at no cost to me. This made everything 100% right in my mind, and I plan to continue to take my cars to Walt Eger's for as long as I live in the area. No company is perfect and everyone makes mistakes, but after this mistake was discovered it was handled flawlessly.
